 I will treat my employees as my first customer.
 I will be willing to say “Yes” all the time
 I will focus on setting Customer service Standards.
 I will be considerate, cooperative, and helpful to every staff member to assure quality
services.
 I will let my employees know how their performance will be monitored and what type of
expectations I have for employees to achieve.
