II. Activity 10

Explain the importance of fostering Good Work Ethics in a workplace. (10 points)

- Fostering a good work ethics in a workplace is very important as it helps us to achieve success in our
career. Since the person’s attitude towards work determines what outcome it will result to, it is vital for
us to maintain a good attitude or also known as a good work ethics towards our jobs or personal
enterprises in order for us to reach success. Another importance of fostering a good work ethics is that it
strengthens the capacity of each worker in a workplace to cooperate and build teamwork with a strong
alignment of their personal values with the business’ values. Therefore, this instance later will lead to
increased productivity since tasks inside the workplace will be easily be accomplished because of
cooperation and workers will surely be positive minded and motivated in performing their tasks, and
with these, problems and challenges within the workplace will also be easily dealt with and solved.
Then, if all of these conditions were met and a good work ethics is constantly maintained by everyone
in the workplace, there is no other outcome than success that the enterprise will achieve.
