As a scouter my only thing that I can contribute is
the respect for the scouters and to the leaders.
For the course , I will expect that all the
needed training will be impart to the
trainers/scouter to know what are those need
to do.to the facilitators I would like to adhere
that be acceptable for what are the flaws of
the scouters and be mindful in discussing the
needed course
