1. The company name

The name of the new company is Layers.

2. Company Overview

Blockchain-based Web 3 (including crypto, the creator economy, digital assets, DeFi,
NFTs, the metaverse, play-to-earn gaming, etc.) unleashes a transformational
technological moment for businesses of all sizes.  In fact, over the next decade, every
industry will be materially disrupted by the mass adoption of Web 3.0 (Web 3) and
the blockchain-based technologies driving it.

Layers is an innovative technology and solutions company dedicated to helping

businesses of all sizes leverage Web 3 to drive greater brand awareness, brand
engagement, and sales.

3. Target audiences

While Layers will be targeting C-Suite decision makers as well as senior marketing
and sales executives in the world’s leading Fortune 1000 companies.

4. Why the word “Layers”?

The Layers brand is powerful for many reasons.

a. The Web 3 technology infrastructure is described in Layers – Layer 1
blockchains, Layer 2 applications, etc.
b. To thoroughly understand it, you must dive deep and peel back the layers
- one layer at a time.
c. NFTs (Non-fungible tokens) are evolving to allow owners to add layers of
creative on top of the original creative work.
d. We are launching our company and our solutions now but will be adding
new layers of innovation and value over time.

5. Goal

Our goal is to have a logo that we are proud of and excited about. Something
sophisticated, simple, and clean - but with a bit of an edge like Web 3 and like us.
