corporation which produces computer software,consumer
electronics,personal computers,and related services.
2)Microsoft was founded by Bill Gates and Paul Allen.
3)Satya Nadella is Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Microsoft.

History
1)Microsoft was founded by Bill Gates and Paul Allen on
April 4,1975.
2)The first product the company sold was Microsoft
BASIC,a computer programming language system for
creating software.
3)It rose to dominate the personal computer operating
system market with MS-DOS in the mid-1980’s.

share,the current market price of each share is 300~.
● Till the early 2000s microsoft was into developing software’s for companies
like IBM and other multinational companies but now microsoft has a
diversified portfolio in which they have products ranging from XBOX’s to VR.
● Microsoft reported it’s Q4 2021 performance with revenue of $46.2 billion,net
income of $16.5 billion ,up 47% from last year and dividend per share of
$2.17,and is giving average CAGR of 14%.
Future goals and conclusion of management:

Conclusion:
Management mainly involves in solving the problems by
planning,organizing,leading and controlling.
Successful management are made not born.They are self-
made,through continuous and never-ending work on
themselves.It starts from the scratch takes lot of hard work
in order to sustain for a long period of time.
