I-P&E O&M NWR
 1. NWR P&E TEAM DAILY MAJOR DUTIES
 The performance standby team check NEs status by monitoring.
• Share down sites for power standby teams and all concerned by early SMS.
• The second update by e-mail and SMS for all teams share at least 8 times a day.
• Monitoring and update all handler every sites status proactively, even the issues do not power
shared to other section timely by e-mail, SMS, and phone.
• Monitoring mains disconnected sites and share the team before the sites down.
• Follow up intermittent sites and proposed recommendation action.
• Online support when teams are at remote sites.
• List out DS and FDS ET power solution sites and share to the power team to be handle.
• TT follow up and update.
 Standby teams always check core sites power NEs early entrance and before leaving home
at noon.
 At the end of the week all standby teams send and share under each maintenance center
weekly report for the teams as best experience and knowledge sharing.

 CM and PM update feedback communicated timely.
 Every time manager and supervisors jointly discussed for any issues and handle
timely.
2. Resource Optimization.
 DG move by business priorities.
 Power solution change
o DG +BB to AC +DG
o DG + BB to Pure solar
o Dual DG to AC+DG
o Solar to AC+ solar
o AC to pure solar
 Backup battery move / relocate by site priorities.
 Secured AC only Hub sites by installing solar for RTN.
 3.DG SITES STATUS FOLLOW UP
 PM performed accordingly and DG Run hours.
 Immediate CM and Proactive maintenance.
 Core, HHV, Hub, Cx and BB sites status strictly follow up by monitoring and on site
checked due to these incident minimized.
 Manage hybrid system power solution sites/EMS.
4. DG Critical Maintenance: -
 Mechanical system.
 Control /Electrical system.
 Cooling & Lubricant system.
 Exhaust system.
 Engine over all maintenance.
 5.DC POWER SYSTEM MANAGEMENT
 Make load battery assessment
 Configured LLVD and BLVD accordingly
o Follow up solar sites status
o Backup battery top up, terminal cleaning, charging status
o Solar controller setting, LLVD, BLVD, charging current, Boost charge, Float and equalizing
voltage.
o Solar module status, junction box, diodes status
o Charging coefficient
6. DG Refueling:-
 Continues refueling no sites down by refueling problem.
 Fuel tanker upgrading by assigned 2000L.
 Fuel tanker upgrading by cascading two 500L to make 1000L.
 Done Fuel tanker PM accordingly.
 7. WORKING WITH EEU TEAMS
 Mostly intermittent line make rehabilitation with them.
 Line obstacles of tree clearance proactively.
 Transformer follow up and managed before lay down.
 When Transformer failed EEU maintained/ replaced soon by priorities.
 Transformer basement replaced by concert poles when upgrading EEU line from 15KV to
33KV.
 When substation outage and 66KV line failed jointly working and minimize resolution
time.
 Energized Long time (TEP) bending AC only and solar under size sites.
 8. TEAM ENGAGEMENT
 All teams actively engaged under their respective group.
 Every engagement with action plan and feedback by time frame.
 The feedback evaluated based on PIP.
 Smooth and close relationships with: -
o Functional Operation, Engineering, Rollout and NOMs Teams.
o Jointly working with regional operational sections and support teams.
o Deductively and closely working with EEU teams.
 All teams 24/7 follow up any P&E NEs status.
 Best performed staffs under each maintenance center and group recognized with
certificate quarterly.
