About Zewditu Birhanu Golla is lecturer of Adult Education and Community

Development at University of Gondar, Ethiopia. She received her MA and
BA in adult Education and Community Development from Bahir Dar
University, Ethiopia in 2021 and 2012 respectively.
Zewditu has joined the University of Gondar as graduate assistant I in
2017. Zewditu has research interests in the areas of women’s capacity
building, women envolvement in education and community development,
professional development of government employees, challenges in
educating adults and community participation in local development
activities.
