subscriptions and will help in customer retentions

This Modify journey decommission the existing process of Modifying and introduces two options : “Change Cycle” and
“Custom”. This wireframe depicts journey of selecting “Change Cycle” option to modify the existing cycle of the subscription to a
new cycle and also override the existing cycle

wireframe depicts journey of selecting “Custom” option to select relevant dates in a month for delivery which will override the
existing cycle chosen

This Pause journey modifies existing process and introduces two options which will work automatically on Subscription cycle
chosen. If the subscription chosen is “Daily”, the app will proceed as BAU with option of date ranges to select for putting the
pause on the subscription. The above wireframe depicts the Pause journey with Subscription cycle as “Daily”
