PROCEED provides the structure for implementing and evaluating the public health
program.

PRECEDE is stand for stands for Predisposing, Reinforcing, and Enabling

Constructs in Educational Diagnosis and Evaluation. It is also the findings of the
assessment and strategy design are presented, along with a conceptual framework and
an oral health plan based on social cognition theory and the Health Action Process
Approach. Within group homes, we have devised a method that includes pre-planned
actions, capacity building, environmental adjustments, and caregiver reinforcement.
