REPORT OF “MY SWEET CANDY” SURVEY

Report of the satisfaction survey applied to the clients of the company “My sweet
candy”
This survey applied to the customers allows us to evidence how little satisfaction
there is in some items, such as recommending the company to a family member,
colleague or friend. It can also see if the customers are satisfied or unsatisfied with
the purchased products.
On the other hand, customers highlight the high quality of the products and agree
the value is according to the products; it is a good combination of cost and quality;
the different products provided satisfy the basic customers’ needs and some
tastes, but in some items they affirmed or said that the company has not been
receptive enough to their complaints, claims or suggestions.
The impact in the first purchase or impression at first sight was average
satisfactory, there is a gap or missing in order to obtain the attention or interest of
customers to make new purchases.
Finally, customers highlight the quality of the product but at the same time they
suggested that there should be more options when purchasing the products, for
instance more flavors.

- A survey is an adequate tool to be able to access to a first-hand


information, as long as the questions are punctual and precise, in
order to give their own opinion or to know what the clients or
users of a certain company think about the products.

- you can´t measure the quality or price of a product only with the
first purchase or with a single type of customer.

- It would be interesting to open a space or possibility for


customers to suggest new flavors, shapes, textures or new
products.
