purposes. I recognize that I am fully responsible for the care and maintenance of the equipment. In
case that the equipment is, in any case, partially or totally damaged, lost, stolen, while outside the
office premises, I shall bear the cost for its repair or replacement. In case the damage is due to wear
and tear, I shall report it to the HR & Admin Department as soon as possible for inspection.

I understand that upon termination of my employment, I shall surrender and turn over the
equipment to the Company. Failure to do so shall warrant the Company the right to withhold my
final pay until return of the equipment.
