Table 6 revealed the summary of general mean scores for the level of respondents on the Assessment
of Job readiness skills of the 4t year human resources development management faculty. The highest
mean of 2.98 indicated on the above variables interpreted as agree, means that the faculty agree that
their students are confident to have the ability and knowledge to secure their job. Followed by mean of
3.08 interpreted as agree, means that the faculty agree that they their students are capable and
independently committed in retaining a job position, and for the last variable a mean of 2.93 interpreted
as agree, means that the faculty agree that their students are well aware of their individual talents and
competencies they can work on to develop and identify career preference.

Table 7 revealed the significant relationship between age and the aforementioned variables. The chi-
square of independence was used to determine the relationship. As presented in the table respondents
age generally declined the null hypothesis interpreted as no significant relationship. Means that, the age
of the respondents has no significant relationship with when it comes to the assessment of Job
readiness of the 4th year human resources development management at Taguig City University.

Table 8 revealed the significant relationship between sex and the aforementioned variables.
The chi-square of independence was used to determine the relationship. As presented in the
table respondents sex generally accepted the null hypothesis interpreted has no significant
relationship. Means that, the sex of the respondents has no significant relationship when it
comes to the assessment of Job readiness of the 4th year human resources development
management at Taguig City University.

based on the career Self-Perceived employ ability. The overall mean for the student is 3.42
and for the faculty is 2.93 while for the Industry, the overall mean is 3.48. The overall mean of
the respondents interpreted as agree, means that the students are job ready in the terms of
their career self-perceived employ ability.

Table 7 revealed the significant relationship between the Variables and Age Profile of
Respondents. The chi-square of independence was used to determine the relationship between
the two. As presented in the table all of the Variables Rejected the null hypothesis interpreted as
Significant. Means that the Age Profile of the respondents has a Significant relationship with
Self Efficacy.

Table 7 revealed the significant relationship between the Variables and Sex Profile of
Respondents. The chi-square of independence was used to determine the relationship between
the two. As presented in the table the two variables which is Career Self-Efficacy and Career
Exploration accepted the null hypothesis interpreted as Not Significant. Means that the Sex
Profile of the respondents has a Significant relationship with Self Efficacy. While the Self-
Perceived Employability rejected the null hypothesis interpreted as Significant relationship.
Means that the Sex Profile of the respondents has No Significant relationship with Self-Efficacy
