A RESOLUTION MANIFESTING TO OPEN NEW BANK ACCOUNT FOR LICEO DE
MASBATE – DFV-ALS EST

WHEREAS, during the special meeting by the Board of Trustees of Liceo de Masbate, Inc. held
last January 7, 2022 has deem it proper and necessary to open a separate bank account for the new
program sponsored by Defending Family Values Foundation, Inc.:
RESOLVED, as it is hereby resolved, that Liceo de Masbate, Inc. shall open and maintain a
local current at CHINABANK located at Zurbito St., City of Masbate;
RESOLVED FURTHER THAT the Board hereby designates and authorizes its Finance
Officer, MRS. ELISA B. TUBIANOSA, to be the representative of the school in all dealings and
transactions in the process of opening a bank account with power to sign, execute, and deliver documents
as may be required, and to perform any other acts as may be necessary or appropriate to effect the
foregoing;
RESOLVED FURTHER THAT the Board hereby designates the following persons, whose
specimen signatures are indicated below, as the signatory for the said bank account;
