AFFIDAVIT
I, OSCAR C. PUSING, of legal age, Filipino and with a residence
address at Barangay Poblacion, Baleno, Masbate subscribing under oath,
depose and state:

1. I am working as Janitor in the Liga ng mga Barangay-Baleno

Chapter (“LIGA”) from 2016 up to the present.

2. As Janitor, my duties and responsibilities are to maintain the

cleanliness of the building of the LIGA and keep it in habitable and good
condition.

3. Charmie R. Bello (“Charmie”) became the President of the

LIGA from 2013 up to 2020.

4. During Charmie’s last months in the Office, she failed to pay

the electric and internet bills for four (4) consecutive months which caused
so much inconvenience to the members and even to the staff of the LIGA.

5. I am executing this Affidavit to attest to the truth of the

foregoing.
