The rear vibration absorber can protect the vehicle from damage and make the vehicle run stably.

Parts
 The spring between body and the frame

DISASSEMBLY

DISASSEMBLY STEPS
1. nut and bearing 10.shackle
2. nut and gasket 11.rubber bushing
3. vibration absorber 12.rubber bushing
4. nut and gasket 13.nut and gasket
5. U-bolt 14.bolt 、gasket and friction catch
6. below clamp 15.rubber bushing
7. nut and gasket 16.steel parecl spring moduce
8. nut and gasket 17.bolt and rubber butter
9. shackle plate

IMPORTANT OPERATION
1. brake flexible hoses
At frist put up the back of body and apply a desk-frame
to bear it ,and then disassembly the brake flexible hoses.

1.2 nut and gasket

The vibration absorber have been inflated before leaving
factory.You can not put them under high-temperature
enviroment or not access to fire, otherwise they would
explode.

5.U-bolt

After disassembly the transmission shaft and placing the

stopper cable,put the rear axle aside

7.8 nut and gasket

9.10shackle
Disassembly the nut and tap out the shackle by applying a
shock

13.14 nut、gasket、bolt and friction catch

Disassembly the nut and tap out the friction catch by
applying a shock

15.rubber bushing
Drive out the rubber bushing with a hammer using a
brass bar

INSPECTION AND REPAIR

Make necessary correction or pass replacement if
wear、damage or any other abnormal conditions are found
through inspection.

Visual check
Inspect the following parts for wear ,damage or other
abnormal conditions.

Leaf spring assembly replacement

 Apply a setting mark across the springs before
disassembling the leaf spring assembly.
 Apply grease to both faces of each leaf spring at assembly.
 Use a bench press for disassembly and reassembly.
 Discard center bolt removed and install a new one.

Shock absorber
Inspect the movement of the shock absorber
If you can’t feel the damping when you draw out the
shock absorber, you could know the shock absorber is
in
invalidation.

REASSEMBLY

Important steps
1. rubber butter 9.shackle piece
2. bushing 10.nut and gasket
3. steel parcel spring module 11.nut and gasket
4. spring pin、bolt and gasket 12.below clamp
5. nut and gasket 13.U-bolt and nut
6. rubber bushing 14.shock absorber
7. rubber bushing 15.nut and gasket
8. shackle 16.nut and gasket

Important operation

2.bushing
Drive out the rubber bushing with a hammer using a brass
bar

The leaf spring assembly

Assembly the leaf spring assembly and make the shorter
section(a) ahead.

5.nut and gasket

6.7 rubber bushing

Wipe rubber grease at the both sides of the rubber bushing

8.9 shackle
10.11 nut and gasket
Install the bushing、flange and make it on the leaf spring ,and
then tighten the nut
Notice:Each nut tighten to specified torque when
vehicle light condition

Wipe the lubricant when you tighten the nut.
Tighten torque kg.m
