Tire horizontal pressure(position:door of cab or door frame of cab)

Notice:Tire air pressure should accord with nameplate on door of cab and door frame of cab.
Air pressure of tire is too high,so tire would burst and operation would reverse.
Air pressure of tire is too low,so tire would burst and fall adhension factor.

MAINTENANCE
You can maintain it according to the greneral maintain processes.

Exchange tire
If the size of the front tire is different from others ,you can
exchange the two front tires each other and take place of among
the back tires under indirection of the picture.

If the size of the front and back tires are in accord ,you can
exchange the tires under indirection of the right picture.

Removal steps

Inspection and repair

Make correction or parts replacement if wear, damage or other


abnormal conditions are found through inspection.
Visual inspect
Inspect all parts for wear, damage or other abnormal conditions.

Check disc wheel run-out

The measural datas should not exceed regulation and repair to replace the wheel.

Check wheels for out of balance


Use wheel balancing equiqment.
On the side rim of the disc wheel install a balance weight equal in weight to the amount of out of balance to offset
unbalance.
The total balance weights on the disc wheel should not exceed 170g and balance weights on one side should not exceed
140g at maximum.

Important operation

Make the valves alignment the mark of tire balance(about
8mm diameter wheel)

Tighten the wheel nut in turns

Aluminium wheel 12.0±1.0

TROUBLESHOOTING
Typical examples of abnormal tire tread and major causes:
CAUTION:Similar wear patterns can be caused by worn
suspension parts, misalignment or wheels and tires,
and other suspension related problems.
