RESOLUTION NO. 33-B

A RESOLUTION requesting to maximize the purchase of construction materials for Fixed Handwashing Facility.

WHEREAS, the budget for the construction materials for Fixed Handwashing Facility was One Hundred Fifty
Thousand Thirty-Two Pesos and 25/100 Only (Php 150,032.25) as reflected in the APP.

WHEREAS, the purchased was already been done following the program of works. However, there was still
remaining amount of Eight Thousand Three Hundred Three pesos (Php8,303.00) since the prices were lower than
the budgeted amount.

WHEREAS, the school had decided to purchased additional materials of the remaining amount to the following
items:

NOW THEREFORE, after due deliberation, the school BAC otherwise, agree to take into consideration the
aforementioned purchase.

ON THE MOTION MOVED by Jeffrey Lois S. Maestrado and duly SECONDED by Rogelio M. De Benito Jr.,
it was:

RESOLVED as this body hereby resolved, a resolution on the additional purchase of construction materials be
given due consideration.
