JAKARTA INTERNTIONAL EXPO REGULATIONS

I. KETENTUAN UMUM I. GENERAL PROVISIONS

Semua pemuatan dan pembongkaran barang untuk acara
harus dimulai dan diakhiri berdasarkan proses yang benar
dan aman, dan prosedur yang di implementasikan di Jakarta
Interntional Expo (JIEXPO) berdasarkan keterangan dan
larangan dibawah ini.
All loading and unloading of goods for the event must
start and end based on a correct and safe process, and
the procedures implemented at the Jakarta Interntional
Expo (JIEXPO) based on the information and prohibitions
below.

 5. Layout final pameran harus disampaikan kepada pihak
JIEXPO untuk persetujuan paling lambat 1 (satu) bulan
sebelum acara, termasuk daya listrik yang dibutuhkan.
6. Area-area tertentu seperti Pintu darurat, hydrant, pintu
masuk dan keluar harus bebas dari segala jenis
halangan/rintangan termasuk Stand, Standing Banner,
panel poster atau dekorasi dalam bentuk apapun.
7. Dilarang menyimpan/meletakkan benda atau barang
apapun di depan/di belakang semua pintu akses dan
pintu darurat.
8. Pembangunan stand pameran, banner, dekorasi atau
benda apapun dilarang menghalangi/menutupi Water
Hydrant, Fire Extinguisher, lampu exit/ lampu darurat,
tanda petunjuk arah darurat maupun semua pintu
akses menuju pintu darurat dan peralatan/sistem
pemadam kebakaran lainnya.
9. Pihak penyelenggara berkewajiban menyampaikan
informasi/tata tertib ini kepada para penyewa
Stand/Peserta Pameran dan kontraktor officialnya, dan
pihak kontraktor official berkewajiban untuk
menyampaikannya juga kepada para Sub-Kontraktor
untuk dipatuhi sebagaimana mestinya.
10. Tidak diperbolehkan memberikan tip dalam bentuk
uang, barang atau bentuk apapun kepada staff
Customer Service/Security/Merketing atau staff JIEXPO
lainnya dalam situasi apa pun. Proses ini tidak
dibebankan biaya apapun dan telah dihitung
sebelumnya dalam kontrak. Jika terjadi, kontraktor atau
pekerja dan petugas JIEXPO akan dikeluarkan dari area
JIEXPO. Laporkan jika itu terjadi ke pihak Customer
Services yang bertanggung jawab.
11. Pihak penyelenggara berkewajiban menyediakan lokasi
tempat istirahat dan makan untuk pekerja event,
kontraktor dan vendor yang terlibat serta menjaga
kebersihan di area/lokasi tersebut.
12. Official Kontraktor, sub-kontraktor dan vendor yang
terlibat dalam persiapan acara berkewajiban membayar
deposit kontraktor sebelum mendapatkan surat
loading.
5. The final layout of the exhibition must be submitted
to JIEXPO for approval no later than 1 (one) month
before the event, including the electrical power
required.
6. Certain areas such as Emergency exits, hydrants,
entrances and exits must be free from all kinds of
obstructions/obstacles including Stands, Standing
Banners, poster panels or decorations of any kind.
7. It is prohibited to keep/place objects or items in front
of/behind all access doors and emergency exits.
8. Construction of exhibition stands, banners,
decorations or any object is prohibited from
blocking/covering Water Hydrant, Fire Extinguisher,
exit lights/emergency lights, emergency directional
signs and all access doors to the emergency exit and
other fire extinguishing equipment/system.
9. The organizer is obliged to convey this information/
regulations to the Lessee of the Stand/Exhibitor and
to the official contractors, and the official contractor
is obliged to convey it to the Sub-Contractors for
proper compliance.
10. It is not permissible to give tips in the form of money
or in kind or in any form to Customer
Service/Security/Marketing staff or other JIEXPO staff
under any circumstances. This process is free of
charge and is pre-calculated in the contract. If this
happens, the contractors or workers and JIEXPO
officers will be released from the JIEXPO area. Report
if that happens to the responsible Customer Services
person.
11. The organizer is obliged to provide a place to rest and
eat for event workers, contractors and vendors
involved and maintain cleanliness in the
area/location.
12. Official Contractors, sub-contractors and vendors
involved in the preparation of the event are obliged
to pay the contractor's deposit before getting the
loading letter.

13. Pihak penyelenggara tidak diperbolehkan
memindahkan dan menutupi patung Soekarno yang
berada di selasar tengah Gedung Pusat Niaga dengan
alasan apapun.
II. MASA PERSIAPAN
1. Penyewa/kontraktor harus terdaftar sebelum
memasuki JIEXPO melalui berkas informasi untuk acara
dan waktu yang telah ditentukan dengan validasi dari
pihak marketing kami. Setelah prosedur ini
ditandatangani, harap kirim kembali kepada petugas
Customer services kami.
2. Pengawas dari kontraktor harus melaporkan diri dan
tim nya (pekerja) kepada pihak Departemen Sweeping
JIEXPO ketika memasuki lokasi JIEXPO, dan/atau
sebelum memulai pekerjaannya.
3. Kontraktor atau penanggung jawab dan para pekerja
nya harus mengikuti pengarahan mengenai tata tertib
kontraktor oleh tim Safety JIEXPO sebelum memasuki
venue di tempat yang telah ditentukan.
4. Kontraktor harus memastikan bahwa aturan berikut ini
dipatuhi dan diterapkan selama proses build up dan
proses pembongkaran:
a. Memberikan informasi Jumlah pekerja kontraktor
yang bekerja pada saat acara kepada Departemen
Security JIEXPO.
b. Mempunyai pengawas (supervisor) yang
bertanggung jawab 24 jam di tempat acara (JIEXPO).
5. Kontraktor atau orang yang bertanggung jawab dan
pekerja diminta untuk menukar kartu identitas asli (KTP
atau SIM yang berlaku) dengan Visitor cards JIEXPO.
Bentuk fotokopi kartu identitas atau lainnya yang
disebutkan di atas akan ditolak dan tidak akan diizinkan
masuk ke lokasi. Visitor cards HARUS selalu dipakai dan
terlihat saat berada di area JIEXPO pada tempat yang
ditentukan.
6. 1 (satu) kartu identitas untuk 1 Visitor cards dan tidak
dapat dipindahtangankan. Apabila Visitor cards hilang
atau rusak dengan alasan apa pun maka akan di
kenakan denda sebesar Rp 50.000 nett per kartu yang
akan di potong dari deposit.
13. The organizers are not allowed to move and cover
the Soekarno statue which is in the middle lobby of
the Central Commerce Building for any reason.
II. PREPARATION PERIOD
1. The Lessee/contractor must be registered before
entering JIEXPO through the information file for the
event and the time has been determined with
validation from our marketing. After this procedure
is signed, please sent back to our Customer Service
Officers.
2. The supervisor of the contractor must report himself
and his team (workers) to the JIEXPO Sweeping
Department when entering the JIEXPO location,
and/or before starting their work.
3. The contractor or the person in charge and his
workers must follow the briefing regarding the
contractor rules by the JIEXPO Safety team before
entering the venue at the designated place.
4. The contractor must ensure that the following rules
are complied with and applied during the build up
and breakdown processes:
a. Informing the number of contractor workers who
will work at the time of the event to the GPN
Security Department..
b. Have a supervisor who is responsible for 24 hours
at the venue (JIEXPO).
5. The contractor or responsible person and workers
are required to exchange the original identity card
(KTP or valid driving license) for a JIEXPO visitor card.
Photocopies of the identity cards or otherwise
mentioned above will be refused and will not be
allowed into the premises. Visitor cards MUST always
be worn and visible when in the JIEXPO area at the
designated place.
6. 1 (one) identity card for 1 visitor card and cannot be
transferred. If the visitor card is lost or damaged for
any reason, a fine of Rp 50.000 nett per card which
will be deducted from the deposit.

 7. Membawa alat pelindung diri (APD) dan perlindungan
keselamatan pada peralatan atau dekorasi. APD harus
digunakan saat bekerja.
8. Pekerja Kontraktor harus selalu mengenakan pakaian
kerja/seragam yang sesuai (tidak sobek) dan sepatu
kerja; tidak diperbolehkan bekerja dengan bertelanjang
kaki, sandal dan celana pendek.
9. Kontraktor atau pekerjanya dilarang meletakkan benda
atau material yang berbahaya (contoh: bahan bakar,
pengencer, solar, bahan petasan, dll) di sekitar area
atau dalam lift di setiap saat, dan tanpa pengawasan.
10. Kontraktor dan pekerjanya DILARANG KERAS untuk:
a. Merokok di dalam/ di luar gedung hall, kecuali di
tempat yang telah ditentukan.
b. Membawa makanan dan minuman (kecuali air
mineral) kedalam area hall kecuali atas persetujuan
Customer Services kami. Kegiatan istirahat termasuk
makan/minum, merokok dan lain sebagainya hanya
ditempat yang telah ditentukan oleh pihak Customer
Services JIEXPO.
c. Membawa senjata api dan atau senjata tajam.
Pengecualian diberikan dalam bentuk peralatan
kerja yang sifatnya memang dibutuhkan dalam
proses pengerjaan.
d. Mengkonsumsi minuman keras dan/atau narkoba.
Sebelum dan atau selama proses kegiatan kerja.
e. Menggunakan fasilitas-fasilitas untuk tamu seperti:
toilet tamu, lift tamu, tempat duduk/kursi tamu, dan
lain sebagainya.
f. Tidur atau tidur-tiduran dan/atau bermain di area
hall, baik di area depan maupun di area belakang,
baik sebelum dan/atau ketika acara/acara
berlangsung.
g. Berteriak-teriak, membuat keributan atau kegiatan
yang sifatnya bisa mengganggu keamanan dan
kenyamanan orang lain. Segala tindak pidana
termasuk didalamnya pencurian, perkelahian, dan
lain sebagainya bisa berakibat kepada pengusiran
pelaku dari area JIEXPO hingga sampai dilaporkan
kepada pihak kepolisian setempat.
7. Carry the personal protective equipment (PPE) and
safety protection on equipment or decorations. PPE
must be worn while working.
8. Contractor workers must always wear appropriate
work clothes/uniforms (no tears) and work shoes;
not allowed to work in bare feet, sandals and shorts.
9. Contractors or their workers are prohibited from
placing objects or materials that are dangerous (for
example: fuel, thinners, diesel, firecrackers, etc)
around the area or in elevators at every opportunity,
and without supervision.
10. Contractors and their workers are STRICTLY
PROHIBITED to:
a. Smoking inside/outside the hall building, except
in designated places.
b. Bring food and drinks (except mineral water)
into the hall area unless approved by our
Customer Services. Rest activities including
eating/drinking, smoking and so on are only in
places that have been determined by JIEXPO’s
Customer Services.
c. Bring firearms and/or sharp weapons.
Exceptions are given in the form of work
equipment which are really needed in the
process of working.
d. Consuming alcohol and/or narcotics. Before and
or during the work activity process.
e. Using facilities for guests such as: guest toilets,
guest lifts, guest seats/chairs, and so on.
f. Sleeping or lying down and/or playing in hall
area, both in the front area and in the back area,
both before and/or when the event/event takes
place.
g. Shouting, making noise or activities that can
interfere with the safety and comfort of others.
All criminal acts including theft, fights, and so on
can result in expulsion of the perpetrator from
the JIEXPO area until it is reported to the local
police.

 h. Dilarang Masuk dan atau keluar dari area venue
JIEXPO tidak melalui pintu masuk JIEXPO atau
melalui akses lain tanpa persetujuan Departemen
Security JIEXPO atau manajemen JIEXPO.
i. Dilarang buang air kecil/besar disembarang tempat
disekitar di area JIEXPO, seperti di koridor, pojok
ruangan, area belakang, dan lain lain atau didalam
botol atau wadah lainnya, kecuali di kamar kecil
(toilet) yang sudah disediakan di area belakang. Jika
ditemukan akan dikenakan denda Rp 350.000 nett
(tiga ratus lima puluh ribu rupiah).
11. Pihak kontraktor harus bertanggung jawab akan semua
perbaikan, kerusakan dan/atau hilangnya barang dari
sebagian atau seluruh peralatan/interior/eksterior dari
tempat atau lokasi acara (JIEXPO) yang disebabkan oleh
proses atau pekerja dari pihak kontraktor.
III. PROSEDUR BUILD UP DAN BREAKDOWN
1. Kendaraan pengangkut barang/truck masuk dan keluar
untuk bongkar/muat melalui loading dock, dilarang
menggunakan akses dari pintu utama hall.
2. Dilarang meletakkan benda atau membangun bentuk
konstruksi apa pun didepan/dibelakang semua pintu
akses dan pintu darurat, sangat dilarang
menghalangi/menutupi hydrant/APAR, alat atau sistem
pemadam kebakaran lainya.
3. Semua barang yang diletakkan di area gedung JIEXPO
dilarang untuk ditarik atau didorong secara langsung
diatas permukaan (lantai, dinding, dll). Troli atau alat
angkut yang sesuai harus selalu digunakan secara benar
(hanya troli yang menggunakan roda karet saja yang
dapat dipergunakan dan disediakan sendiri oleh
kontraktor).
4. Wilayah kerja kontraktor harus selalu tertutup dan
dilindungi dalam proses kerja. termasuk jalur keluar
masuk barang dari loading dock ke area pembangunan
diperlukan setidaknya karpet atau plastik/terpal yang
kuat terkecuali benda dengan beban melebihi
ketentuan pihak JIEXPO (scaffolding, box audio, lighting,
kendaraan bermotor, dll) wajib menggunakan
multipleks 9 mm yang di sediakan oleh kontraktor.
h. Entering and or leaving the JIEXPO venue area
not through the JIEXPO Entrance or through
other access without the approval of JIEXPO
Security Department.
i. It is prohibited to urinate/defecate in any place
around the JIEXPO area such as in corridor,
corner of the room, back area, etc or in bottles
or other containers, except in the toilets that
have been provided in back area. If found will be
subject to a fine of Rp 350.000 nett (three
hundred and fifty thousand rupiah).
11. The contractor must be responsible for all repairs,
damage and/or loss of goods from part or all of the
equipment/interior/exterior of the venue or location
of the event (JIEXPO) caused by the contractor's
process or workers.
III. BUILD UP AND BREAKDOWN PROCEDURES
1. Vehicles/trucks carrying goods must enter and exit
for loading/unloading via the loading dock, it is
prohibited to use access from the main hall door.
2. It is prohibited to put objects or build any form of
construction in front of/behind all access doors and
emergency doors, it is strictly prohibited to block the
hydrant/fire extinguisher and other fire extinguishing
tools or systems.
3. All items placed in the JIEXPO building area are
prohibited from being pulled or pushed directly on
the surface (floor, wall, etc). Trolleys or suitable
conveyances must always be used properly (only
trolleys with rubber wheels can be used and provided
by the respective contractors).
4. The contractor's working area must always be closed
and protected in the work process. Including the
passage in and out of goods from the loading dock to
the construction area, at least a strong carpet or
plastic/tarpaulin is needed except for objects with
loads exceeding the provisions of the JIEXPO
(scaffolding, audio boxes, lighting, motorized
vehicles, etc) must use the 9 mm multiplex provided
by contractor.

5. Perhitungan waktu bongkar muat dari ruang acara ke
tempat bongkar harus diselesaikan pada hari acara
diselenggarakan atau sesuai dengan perjanjian kontrak
dengan batas waktu pukul 24.00. Jika melebihi waktu
yang ditentukan maka akan dikenakan denda per jam
dengan tarif sesuai tempat, terutama jika ada acara
bongkar muat lebih lanjut, tetapi tidak melebihi batas
waktu pada pukul 02.00 meninggalkan tempat dari
loading dock.
6. Ketika meninggalkan area JIEXPO, semua barang akan
diperiksa untuk memastikan barang yang telah keluar
terdaftar sebagai barang masuk. Barang-barang yang
tidak terdaftar sebelumnya tidak akan diizinkan untuk
dibawa keluar dari area JIEXPO sampai proses verifikasi
telah dipenuhi antara petugas keamanan dan petugas
lapangan dengan kontraktor atau pekerja mereka.
7. Semua Visitor cards HARUS dikembalikan sebelum
meninggalkan JIEXPO.
IV. KEWAJIBAN PEKERJA KONTRAKTOR PADA
SAAT PELAKSANAAN PEKERJAAN
1. Penggunaan peralatan elektrik atau non-elektrik yang
menyebabkan suara bising atau menghasilkan serpihan
debu atau sampah (seperti gergaji, gergaji listrik dan
bor listrik atau semacamnya) tidak diizinkan untuk
dilakukan di dalam gedung atau area umum, dan
kegiatan ini hanya dilakukan di area yang ditentukan,
dan harus menggunakan alas pada lantai untuk
menjaga kebersihan area.
2. Dilarang melakukan pekerjaan pengamplasan atau
pengecatan menggunakan teknik pengencer atau
semprot yang menyebabkan bau menyebar ke seluruh
tempat dan/atau menyebabkan kondisi berbahaya
tanpa persetujuan tertulis dari petugas Customer
Services JIEXPO. Pengecatan/pengamplasan seperti ini
harus dilakukan di area luar.
3. Dilarang menggunakan semen, casting atau membuat
kolam air atau kolam
5. The calculation of loading and unloading time from
the event hall to the place of loading must be
completed on the day the event is held or in
accordance with the contract agreement with a time
limit of 24.00. If it exceeds the stipulated time, it will
be subject to an hourly fine at the rate according to
the place, especially if there is a further event for
loading and unloading, but does not exceed the
deadline at 02.00 leaving the premises of the loading
dock.
6. When leaving the JIEXPO area, all goods will be
inspected to ensure that the outgoing goods are
listed as incoming goods. Items that are not
previously registered will not be allowed to be taken
outside the JIEXPO area until the verification process
has been completed between the security guards and
field officers and their contractors or workers.
7. All visitor cards MUST be returned before leaving
JIEXPO.
IV. CONTRACTOR WORKERS OBLIGATIONS
WHEN CONDUCTING WORK
1. The use of electrical or non-electric equipment that
causes high noise or spreads debris or rubbish (such
as saws, electric saws and electric drills or the like) is
not permitted to be carried out in a public place or
area at any one time, and this activity is only carried
out. In the designated area, and must use floor
mats/coverings to keep the area clean.
2. It is prohibited to apply sanding or paint using a
diluent or spray technique that causes odors to
spread throughout the premises and/or causes
dangerous conditions without the written approval
of JIEXPO Customer Service Officer. Painting like this
should be done outside.
3. It is prohibited to use cement, casting or constructing
water pools or ponds

4. Setiap kendaraan dan kendaraan bermotor yang berisi
atau tidak berisi bahan bakar atau oli, harus dilindungi
dengan baik saat dipamerkan atau dipindahkan, tidak
diperbolehkan dikendarai di dalam hall. Untuk display
harus menggunakan bahan khusu untuk display dan
pelindung yang disediakan oleh kontraktor.
5. Wajib menutupi atau memasang alas di atas lantai/
karpet seluas area panggung/dekorasi dengan
triplek/kain terpal.
6. Untuk setiap kaki penyangga panggung/scaffolding
harus dialasi multipleks dengan ketebalan paling tidak 6
mm.
7. Wajib memasang alas diatas karpet dengan plastik/kain
terpal sebelum menempatkan dekorasi tanaman.
8. Pemasangan karpet tidak boleh mempergunakan
double tape pada lantai gedung, pengaplikasiannya
harus dilapisi lakban kertas terlebih dahulu.
9. Pembangunan stand menggunakan pancang atau pasak
serta tindakan lainnya harus mencabut conblock dan
harus kordinasi dengan petugas customer service
JIEXPO.
10. Loading dan Pembangunan di Area Open Space Tahap
Pertama adalah Fondasi Konstruksi Besi Baja/ Rigging
dan Flooring Sampai Selesai Berdiri.
Loading dan Pembangunan di Area Open Space Tahap
Kedua adalah Kayu untuk Flooring Lantai dan Partisi
Dinding. Hal ini wajib diLaporkan kembali kepada pihak
tim Sweeping JIExpo jika Pembangunan Fondasi
Kontruksi Besi Baja / Rigging sudah Selesai dan Area
sudah Clear.
11. Dilarang meletakan barang/ benda apapun di atas area
selasar hall dan gang way.
12. Wajib memberikan alas saat pengecetan, pendempulan
stand dan pengadukan cat/ dempul min seluas 1 meter
keliling.
13. Peletakan benda berat/ rigging/ panggung dan
Pembangunan Stand di seluruh hall / di lantai keramik
pada area gambir expo harus dilapisi/dialasi plywood/
Karpet.
4. Every vehicle and motorized vehicle which contains
fuel or oil or not, must be properly protected when
displayed or moved, not allowed to drive to the
place. For the display, it must use materials for the
display and protection provided by the contractor.
5. Must cover or put a base on the floor/ carpet as large
as the stage/decoration area with plywood/tarpaulin.
6. For each leg supporting the stage/scaffolding must
be covered with multiplex with a minimum thickness
of 6 mm.
7. Must put a base on the carpet with plastic/tarpaulin
before placing plant decorations.
8. Carpet installation must not use double tape on
marble in the venue floor, the application must be
coated with paper duct tape first.
9. Stand Construction using iron stakes or pegs and
other measures should revoke conblock and must
coordinate with JIEXPO customer service officers.
10. First Step of loading / build up in the Open Space
Area is the foundation of Steel Construction / Rigging

construction of stands throughout the hall / on the
tiled floor in the Gambier Expo area must be covered

16. Dilarang menggunakan genset di dalam hall/ ruangan.
17. Dilarang meninggalkan sisa barang/ benda / sampah
Build Up / breakdown dalam bentuk apapun di dalam/
luar Hall, area Open Space, area gambir expo atau di
seluruh lingkungan JIExpo
18. Bongkaran karpet yang menggunakan lakban kertas
harus melepasnya dari lantai dan membersihkan sisa
lakban
19. Dilarang Makan, Merokok dan Tidur-tiduran di dalam
maupun di selasar Hall dan GPN.
20. Seluruh pekerja diwajibkan menggunakan sepatu dan
menggunakan alat pelindung diri yang sesuai dengan
pekerjaannya. Bekerja di ketinggian (minimal 1,5 m)
wajib menggunakan full body harness.
21. Penggunaan sink/ wastafel (terutama untuk cuci alat
masak/makan) harus dilengkapi dengan grease trap
22. Dilarang meletakkan benda apapun dibelakang stand.
(di area antara dinding hall dan stand).
23. Penyelenggara tidak diijinkan melakukan pengecatan
pada lantai atau dinding, mengubah instalasi plumbing
dan ducting alat pendingin ruangan, melakukan
perusakan apapun pada lantai atau dinding berikut
perlengkapanya yang berada didalam gedung Pameran,
kecuali dengan persetujuan tertulis dari PT JIEXPO dan
menjamin akan membersihkan atau mengembalikan
kondisi Gedung Pamer pada keadaan semula
V. PEMASANGAN DEKORASI/SPANDUK/ UMBUL-
UMBUL/ SIGNAGE
1. Semua dekorasi/stand/panggung dilarang ditempatkan
langsung pada permukaan dinding atau langit-langit.
a. Jarak yang diperbolehkan dari dekorasi ke
permukaan dinding minimal 50 cm.
b. Jika kurang dari ketentuan diatas, maka
penghentian dan pembongkaran pekerjaan tersebut
akan segera diinstruksikan dari tim JIEXPO, ada

19. It is prohibited to eat, smoke and lie down in hall
lobby, hall and GPN building.
20. All workers are required to wear shoes and wear
personal protective equipment in accordance with
their job. Working at a height (minimum 1.5 m) must
use the full body harness.
21. Use of sink / sink (especially for washing cooking /
eating utensils) must be equipped with a grease trap

23. The Organizer is not allowed to paint the floors or

V. INSTALLATION OF DECORATION/BANNER/
SIGNAGE
1. All decorations/stands/stages are prohibited from
being placed directly on the surface of the wall or
ceiling.
a. The allowable distance from the decoration to the
wall surface is at least 50 cm.
b. If it is less than the provisions above, then the
stopping and dismantling of the work will be
instructed immediately from the JIEXPO team,

a. Dilarang memasangan dekorasi, poster, kertas
flipchart atau barang serupa lainnya, adapun
pemasangan lain pada permukaan dinding langsung
ataupun marble/lantai diwajibkan menggunakan
masking tape/lakban kertas terlebih dahulu.
b. Dilarang Menggunakan stapler atau jenis peralatan
lain yang dapat merusak interior atau eksterior
JIEXPO tanpa terkecuali. Kecuali aplikasinya adalah
untuk alat atau barang kontraktor.
3. Pemasangan spanduk/umbul-umbul di area Lobi dan
Function Room harus mempergunakan tali/ikatan
untuk mencegah terjadinya kerusakan pada properti
JIEXPO.
4. Dilarang mempergunakan double tape, lakban atau
gaffer tape yang merusak bangunan.
5. Pemasangan signage disetiap ruangan yang berlokasi
di JIEXPO harus dipasang pada standing signage stand
yang telah tersedia.
6. Persyaratan bunga papan :
- Tidak diperkenankan diletakan di sekitar
lobi/prefunction JIEXPO.
- Seluruh bunga papan hanya boleh diletakan diluar
Gedung JIEXPO.
- Penerimaan BUNGA PAPAN harus dilaporkan ke
petugas Security JIEXPO (tanda terima diserahkan
ke Security untuk selanjutnya diserahterimakan ke
WO/EO).
- Mohon dapat diperhatikan kebersihan di area
peletakan bunga papan.

tape which damages the building.
5. Installation of signage in every room located at
JIEXPO must be installed on an existing standing
signage stand.
6. Board flower requirements:
- Do not allow it to be placed around the JIEXPO
lobby/prefuntion.
- All flower boards can only be placed outside of
the JIEXPO Building.
- Receipt of Board flower must be reported to
JIEXPO Security officer (receipt is submitted to
Security officer and then handed over to
WO/EO).
- Please pay attention to cleanliness in the area
where the flower board is placed.

VI. INSTALASI LISTRIK
1. Departemen Engineering GPN menyediakan daya
listrik dari panel utama , adapun instalasi kabel listrik
dari titik supply ke tempat/stand yang dituju
dilakukan oleh pihak Penyelenggara atau Kontraktor
yang ditunjuk oleh pihak Penyelenggara.
2. Pihak Kontraktor/Penyewa tidak diperbolehkan
melakukan perubahan instalasi dan penambahan
listrik (termasuk Electrical Fitting) atas fasilitas yang
ada tanpa persetujuan tertulis dari pihak JIEXPO.
3. Instalasi listrik harus mendapatkan persetujuan dari
petugas Engineering JIEXPO sebelum listrik
dinyalakan. Biaya atas perubahan atau modifikasi
menjadi tanggung jawab dari pihak Penyelenggara.
4. Saat menyambung dari panel gedung JIEXPO ke panel
kontraktor, harus dengan sepengetahuan dan
mendapatkan izin dari petugas Engineering JIEXPO
dan sewaktu penyambungan sistem harus
menggunakan skun. Sebelum panel dihidupkan, harus
diperiksa terlebih dahulu oleh petugas Engineering
JIEXPO.
5. Instalasi Listrik yang digunakan penyewa harus
mengikuti peraturan yang berlaku (PUIL 2011).
6. Dalam pemasangan kabel jenis NYA harus dimasukkan
dalam suatu konduit kabel, apalagi penggunaannya di
bagian luar (outdoor).
7. Kabel jenis NYM dirancang bukan untuk penggunaan
di bagian luar (outdoor), tapi hanya penggunaan
bagian dalam (indoor).
8. Untuk instalasi listrik di outdoor/ditanam dalam tanah
harus menggunakan jenis kabel NYY.
9. Penyelenggara dan peserta wajib mematuhi
ketentuan mengenai besarnya diameter dari
penghantar kabel dan maksimum KHA yang
diperbolehkan pada kabel tipe NYA, NYM dan NYY
berdasarkan peraturan yang berlaku.
10. Material kabel, MCB dan MCCB harus sesuai SNI dan
memiliki label LMK.
11. Material kabel, MCB dan MCCB harus disesuaikan
dengan daya yang dibutuhkan.
VI. ELECTRICAL INSTALLATION
1. JIEXPO Engineering Department provides electrical
power from the main panel, while the installation of
power cables from the point of supply to the
intended place/stand is carried out by the Operator
or Contractor appointed by the Organizer.
2. Contractors/Lessee are not allowed to make changes
to installations and additions of electricity (including
Electrical Fitting) to existing facilities without written
approval from JIEXPO.
3. Electrical installations must obtain approval from the
JIEXPO Engineering officer before powering on. Costs
for changes or modifications are the responsibility of
the Organizer.
4. When connecting from the JIEXPO building panel to
the contractor panel, it must get permission from the
JIEXPO Engineering officer and when connecting the
system, it must use Cable Schoen. Before turning on
the panel, it must be checked first by JIEXPO
Engineering officer.
5. Electrical installations used by Lessee must follow the
applicable regulations (PUIL 2011).
6. NYA type of cable installation must be included in a
cable conduit, especially its use in outdoor.
7. NYM type cable is designed not for outdoor use, but
only for indoor use.
8. For the electrical installation in outdoor or planted in
the ground must use NYY cable types.
9. Organizers and exhibitors must comply with the
provisions regarding the diameter of the cable
conductor and the maximum KHA allowed for NYA,
NYM and NYY types of cables based on applicable
regulations.
10. Material for cable, MCB and MCCB must comply with
SNI and have a LMK label.
11. Material of cable, MCB and MCCB must be adjusted
to the required power.

12. Pemasangan Ballas (Trafo Lampu TL) harus dipasang
diatas material yang tahan panas seperti plat besi,
keramik, bukan diatas kayu atau triplek, dll.
13. Saat Kabel panel gedung sudah tersambung dengan
panel booth, alat berat dilarang untuk memasuki
hall/gedung.
14. Kapasitas beban yang terhubung ke stop kontak tidak
boleh melebihi kapasitas.
15. Gunakan stop kontak ekstensi sesuai SNI dengan
2 2
diameter kabel 2,5 mm dan tidak dibolehkan
menggunakan kabel roll untuk penggunaan
permanen.
16. Instalasi Listrik harus memperhatikan standar
keselamatan, misalnya kabel harus dipasang
protector, setiap sambungan harus diberi skun kabel,
dll.
17. Peralatan mesin pameran yang ada kemungkinan
mengeluarkan arus bocor/mesin yang menggunakan
motor listrik harus dipasang instalasi grounding dan
harus menyediakan APAR tipe ABC minimal 3 kg.
18. Penyelenggara wajib memastikan aliran listrik mati di
seluruh stand yang ada sesuai dengan jam tutup
operasional yang sudah ditentukan.
19. Kabel instalasi listrik untuk setiap stand harus
menggunakan kabel listrik yang standar (bukan kabel
Sound/Speaker/Audio Visual). Kabel listrik yang

diperbolehkan adalah minimum NYM 3 x 2,5 mm ,
merk: Supreme, Kabel Metal, Kabelindo atau Trunka.
20. Ukuran kabel listrik yang akan digunakan haruslah
sesuai dengan beban dan atau daya yang digunakan
sesuai standar yang telah diterapkan, dan
menggunakan konektor yang sesuai besar dan
ukurannya, misalnya kabel yang disambungkan ke
stop kontak dinding/pilar harus menggunakan steker.
21. Supply listrik pada stop kontak di dinding/pilar tidak
dapat melebihi 2.200 watt (10 ampere). Multi plugs
tidak diperbolehkan.
12. Installation of ballasts (TL lamp transformers) must
be installed on heat-resistant materials such as metal
plates, ceramics, not on wood or plywood, etc.
13. When the building panel cable is connected to the
booth panel, heavy equipment is prohibited from
entering the hall/ building.
14. The load capacity connected to the socket should not
exceed the capacity.
15. Use an extension socket according to SNI with a cable
diameter of 2,5 mm and it is not permitted to use
roll cables for permanent use.
16. Electrical installations must comply with safety
standards, for example cables must be installed with
protector, each connection must be provided with a
cable skun, etc.
17. Exhibition machine equipment that may generate
leakage currents or machines that use an electric
motor must be installed with a grounding installation
and must provide an ABC type fire extinguisher with
a minimum size of 3 kg.
18. The organizer is obliged to ensure that the electricity
is off in all the stands in accordance with the
predetermined operational closing hours.
19. The electrical installation cable for each stand must
use a standard power cable (not a
Sound/Speaker/Audio Visual cable). The minimum
permissible power cable is NYM 3 x 2,5 mm2, with
the brands: Supreme, Kabel Metal, Kabelindo or
Trunka.
20. The size of the power cord to be used must be in
accordance with the load and/or power used
according to the standards that have been applied,
and use a connector that is suitable for its size and
size, for example the cable that is connected to the
wall/ pillar socket must use a plug.
21. The power supply to the wall/pillar socket cannot
exceed 2.200 watts (10 amperes). Multi plugs are not
allowed.

22. Setiap Stand harus mempunyai unit MCB yang
terpasang untuk semua daya listrik sebelum
disambungkan kepersediaan listrik utama dari pihak
JIEXPO.
23. Penyambungan kabel pada instalasi stand (Kabel
Feeder) harus sesuai standar PLN.
24. Kabel listrik dilarang melintang di area akses jalan
umum tanpa ada proteksi yang benar.
VII. KEBERSIHAN AREA KERJA
1. Seluruh kontraktor dan pekerjanya diminta untuk
selalu menjaga kebersihan di area kerja. Tempat
sampah dan area pembuangan yang dialokasikan dan
diberikan harus dimanfaatkan dengan baik.
2. Penyewa atau vendor HARUS mempersiapkan alas
pada jalur yang akan digunakan dan memberikan
cover pelindung (karpet/bantalan) pada setiap akses
pintu yang akan di gunakan untuk loading IN (dari
loading area menujuke area pembangunan/kerja).
Alas dapat berupa karpet, terpal, plastik atau lainnya
yang dalam keadaan bersih.
3. Penyewa diwajibkan mempersiapkan alas pada semua
barang/material produksi yang diletakan dilantai
gedung (karpet, marmer, lantai). Alas dapat berupa
karpet, terpal, plastik, dll dalam keadaan bersih
kecuali material dengan beban berat seperti
scaffolding, rigging, dll. WAJIB menggunakan
triplek/plywood pada alasnya.
4. Pembangunan, produksi, persiapan dekorasi
booth/stand, panggung ataupun perlengkapan bagian
dari dekorasi acara diwajibkan untuk memberi alas
minimal 1 meter pada sekeliling area booth/stand
atau area produksi dekorasi yang dikerjakan. Alas
dapat berupa karpet, plastik tebal, terpal, atau
material yang bersifat dapat melindungi material
lantai venue dari proses produksi.
5. Penyewa Wajib menggunakan lakban kertas/masking
tape untuk keperluan apapun yang berhubungan
dengan pemasangan karpet dan jalur kabel.
22. Each Stand must have an MCB unit installed for all
electrical power before connecting it to the mains
supply from JIEXPO.
23. The cable connection at the stand installation
(Feeder Cable) must be in accordance with the PLN
standard.
24. Electric cables are prohibited from crossing in the
area of public road access without proper protection.
VII. WORK AREA CLEANLINESS
1. All contractors and employees are required to always
maintain cleanliness in the work area. The allocated
and allocated trash bins and disposal areas should be
put to good use.
2. The Lessee or vendor MUST prepare a base on the
path to be used and provide a protective cover
(carpet/cushion) on each access door that will be
used for loading IN (from the loading area to the
construction/work area). The base can be carpet,
tarpaulin, plastic or others that are clean.
3. Lesse are required to prepare a base for all
production goods/materials that are placed on the
floor of the building (carpet, marble, floor). The base
can be in the form of carpets, tarpaulins, plastics, or
others that are clean, except for materials with heavy
loads such as scaffolding, rigging, etc. MUST use
plywood on the base.
4. Construction, production, preparation of
booth/stand decorations, stage or equipment as part
of the event decoration are required to provide a
minimum 1 meter pedestal around the booth/stand
area or decoration production area being worked on.
The base can be in the form of carpet, thick plastic,
tarpaulin, or other materials that can protect the
venue floor material from the production process.
5. Lessee must use masking paper/masking tape for any
purposes related to carpet and cable installation.

6. Untuk proses instalasi dan pembersihan venue harus
diselesaikan selambat-lambatnya 2 jam sebelum acara
dimulai.
7. Sampah besar dari sisa proses produksi/persiapan
(material kayu, besi dan sejenisnya) wajib
dikumpulkan dan menjadi tanggung jawab dari
penyewa untuk dibuang oleh penyewa diluar area
JIEXPO.
8. Untuk sampah kecil pastikan untuk membuang
sampah di titik yang telah ditentukan menggunakan
plastik sampah 2 lapis. Pastikan limbah sampah basah
tidak bocor.
9. Dilarang membuang limbah sisa makanan maupun
minyak disaluran pembuangan area JIEXPO. Setiap
area cuci pada booth/stand makanan dan minuman
wajib menggunakan portable grease trap sebelum
dialirkan kesaluran yang tersedia.
10. Dilarang membuang limbah bahan beracun dan
berbahaya di saluran pembuangan maupun tempat
pembuangan sampah di seluruh area JIEXPO.
11. Pekerja/Kontraktor dilarang melakukan aktivitas
seperti pencucian alat dan mandi di seluruh area
toilet yang berada di area JIEXPO.
12. Sesudah masa bongkaran selesai, dilarang
meninggalkan barang apapun dari penyewa ataupun
vendor yg ditunjuk didalam area JIEXPO, seperti
material sisa produksi, material promosi (spanduk,
umbul2, banner), signage, sampah produksi dan lain-
lain, apabila ditemukan sampah di area umum di
dalam hall atau loading dock maka itu menjadi
tanggung jawab kontraktor official.
13. Area yang ditinggalkan harus dalam keadaan bersih
dari sampah yang ditimbulkan, sebelum dan sesudah
acara, dari proses bongkar muat dari pihak kontraktor
dan pekerjanya, apabila ditemukan maka akan di
denda sesuai beban sampah yang ditimbulkan, mulai
Rp 1.000.000 nett (satu juta rupiah).
6. The installation and venue cleaning process must be
completed no later than 2 hours before the event

7. Large waste from the rest of the
production/preparation process (wood, iron and
similar materials) must be collected and is the
responsibility of the Lessee to be disposed of by the
Lessee outside the JIEXPO area.
8. For small trash, make sure to dispose of the trash at
the designated point using double plastic waste.
Make sure the wet waste does not leak.
9. It is prohibited to dispose of food waste or oil in the
sewer area of JIEXPO. Every washing area in the food
and beverage booth/ stand must use a portable
grease trap before it is flown to the available gutters.
10. It is prohibited to dispose of toxic and hazardous
waste in sewers and landfills in all areas of the
JIEXPO.
11. Workers/Contractors are prohibited from carrying
out activities such as washing tools and bathing in all
toilets in the JIEXPO area.
12. After the demolition period is over, it is prohibited to
leave any items from the appointed Lessee or vendor
in the JIEXPO area, such as production waste,
promotional materials (banners), signage, production
waste, etc, If garbage is found in the public area in
the hall or loading dock, it will be the responsibility of
the official contractor.
13. The abandoned area must be in a clean condition
from the waste generated, before and after the
event, from the loading and unloading process of the
contractor and its workers, if found it will be fined
according to the waste load incurred, starting from
Rp 1.000.000 nett (one million rupiah).

VIII. KEAMANAN, KESELAMATAN DAN
PENGAWASAN
1. Penyewa dapat menyewa personel keamanan
eksternal untuk pengendalian acara. Personel
keamanan eksternal tersebut harus memiliki lisensi
dan standar industri yang tinggi. PIC dari tim keamanan
internal acara yang disewa oleh penyewa harus
terlebih dahulu berkoordinasi dengan departemen
Security JIEXPO minimal 1 (satu) hari sebelum mereka
mulai bekerja.
2. Pihak keamanan eksternal yang disewa oleh penyewa
harus mematuhi semua persyaratan dan arahan dari
departemen Security JIEXPO untuk keamanan dan
kontrol kerumunan serta evakuasi darurat.
3. Tidak mencegah atau menghalangi anggota medis,
polisi, pemadam kebakaran, ambulans, pertolongan
pertama atau layanan darurat lainnya atau petugas
keamanan resmi apa pun dalam menjalankan tugas
atau wewenangnya di atau dekat JIEXPO.
4. Menjaga semua akses masuk dan keluar dari Acara
agar bebas dari penghalang dan menjaga jalan keluar
terkunci atau terbuka atas petunjuk dari petugas
Customer service JIEXPO.
5. Memastikan alarm kebakaran dan alat pemadam
kebakaran mudah diakses;
6. Tidak dengan tindakan atau kelalaian apa pun,
merusak Fasilitas Acara, JIEXPO atau apa pun di
dalamnya;
7. Tidak melakukan atau membawa kedalam JIEXPO apa
pun yang menurut pendapat Manajemen JIEXPO
berbahaya, mudah terbakar, mudah menguap,
meledak, beracun, tidak sesuai aturan, berisik/ribut,
menyerang (fisik maupun non fisik), tidak bermoral,
melanggar hukum, atau tidak konsisten dengan
maksud perjanjian ini dibuat, atau maksud dari
JIEXPO.
8. Tidak membawa apa pun ke JIEXPO yang berupa
serangga, hewan atau burung tanpa sepengetahuan
dan/atau persetujuan petugas customer service
JIEXPO.
VIII. SECURITY, SAFETY AND CONTROL
1. Lessee can hire external security personnel for event
control. Such external security personnel must be
licensed and of high industry standards. The PIC of
the event's internal security team hired by Lessee
must first coordinate with JIEXPO Security
department at least 1 (one) day before they start
working.
2. External security hired by the lessee must comply
with all requirements and directions of JIEXPO
Security department for security and crowd control
as well as emergency evacuation.
3. Do not prevent or obstruct any medical, police, fire,
ambulance, first aid or emergency service personnel
or any official security personnel from carrying out
their duties or authorities at or near JIEXPO.
4. Keep all access in and out of the Event free from
obstructions and keep the exit locked or open as
directed by JIEXPO Customer service officers.
5. Ensure fire alarms and fire extinguishers are easily
accessible;
6. Not with any action or negligence, damage the Event
Facility, JIEXPO or anything in it
7. Do not carry out or bring into JIEXPO anything which
in the reasonable opinion of JIEXPO Management is
dangerous, flammable, volatile, explosive, toxic,
illegal, noisy/noisy, offensive (physically or non-
physically), immoral, violates the law, or inconsistent
with the purpose of this Agreement, or the purposes
of JIEXPO.
8. Do not bring to JIEXPO any insects, animals or birds
without the knowledge and/or approval of JIEXPO
customer service officers.

9. Penyewa memiliki tanggung jawab untuk
penyelenggaraan Acara yang aman dan penggunaan
fasilitas acara yang aman dan tepat. Manajemen
JIEXPO tidak diharuskan untuk, tetapi mungkin dalam
kebijakannya, membantu keamanan, pengendalian
kerumunan atau kontrol darurat.
IX. KESELAMATAN & KESEHATAN TEMPAT KERJA
1. Penyewa harus mematuhi dan melaksanakan
kewajibannya berdasarkan undang-undang yang
relevan termasuk Undang-undang Keselamatan Kerja
yang berlaku sebagai perusahaan, orang yang
mengendalikan tempat kerja atau sebaliknya
sehubungan dengan Acara dan fasilitas acara selama
periode sewa.
2. Pihak penyewa wajib menyediakan fasilitas tim medis
dan ambulance dari Rumah Sakit atau Fasilitas
Kesehatan terdekat, dan menyediakan unit pemadam
kebakaran beserta personilnya bila pameran memiliki
risiko tinggi terjadinya kebakaran/ menghadirkan RI 1.
3. Penyewa membebaskan Manajemen JIEXPO dan
Perwakilannya dari dan terhadap semua kewajiban
yang mungkin dikenakan, atau yang mungkin timbul
dari penegakan hukum yang relevan, termasuk Hukum
Keselamatan Kerja yang berlaku sehubungan dengan
Fasilitas Acara atau Acara.
4. Penyewa atau kontraktornya bertanggung jawab
penuh bila terjadi kecelakaan yang mengenai
siapapun atau kebakaran yang disebabkan oleh
aktivitasnya, peralatan yang digunakannya atau
kelalaiannya.
5. Petugas Safety & Security JIEXPO hanya memberikan
Pertolongan Pertama Pada Kecelakaan (P3K) apabila
terjadi kecelakaan. Untuk perawatan intensif lebih
lanjut sepenuhnya menjadi tanggung jawab pihak
penyewa/individu.
6. Pihak penyewa harus mengikuti dan
mengimplementasikan point-point dibawah ini:
a. Mematuhi tata tertib JIEXPO dan persyaratan K3L
(keselamatan, kesehatan kerja dan lingkungan).
9. Lessee have the responsibility for the safe
administration of the Event and the safe and proper
use of the Event Facilities. JIEXPO Management is not
required for, but may be at its discretion, assisting
with security, crowd control or emergency control.
IX. WORKPLACE SAFETY & HEALTH
1. Lessee must comply with and carry out their
obligations based on relevant laws including the
Work Safety Law that applies as a company, the
person controlling the workplace, or vice versa in
connection with Events and Event Facilities for the
Lease Period.
2. The Lessee is required to provide medical team
facilities and an ambulance from the nearest
Hospital or Health Facility, and provide fire fighting
units and their personnel if the exhibition has a high
risk of fire / presents RI 1.
3. The Lessee indemnifies JIEXPO Management and its
respective Representatives from and against all
obligations that may be imposed on, or which may
arise from, relevant law enforcement, including the
applicable Work Safety Law in connection with the
Event or Event Facility.
4. The lessee or the contractor is fully responsible in the
event of an accident that hits anyone or a fire is
caused by their activities, the equipment they use or
their negligence.
5. JIEXPO Safety & Security Officer only provides First
Aid for Accidents (P3K) in the event of an accident.
For further intensive care, it is entirely the
responsibility of the lessee/individual
6. The lessee must follow and implement the following
points:
a. Comply with the rules of JIEXPO and K3L
requirements (safety, occupational health and the
environment).

 b. Memastikan kontraktor & subkontraktor
mengimplementasikan persyaratan K3L pada
proses build up, showdays dan breakdown.
c. Mematuhi arahan dari manjemen JIEXPO saat
ditemukan hal yang dapat membahayakan
pengunjung dan gedung.
d. Memastikan kapasitas gedung mampu untuk
menampung pengunjung sesuai dengan kapasitas
venue yang berlaku.
e. Penyewa bertanggung jawab penuh atas hal-hal
terkait K3L di semua area pameran dan peserta
pameran bertanggung jawab untuk hal-hal yang
terkait dengan K3L di area booth-nya.
f. Dilarang merokok di dalam gedung JIEXPO. Apabila
ditemukan akan dikenakan denda
g. Dilarang melakukan aktivitas masak-memasak di
dalam gedung
h. Penggunaan kembang api tidak diperbolehkan di
dalam gedung, penggunaannya hanya
diperbolehkan di outdoor dan harus berkoordinasi
dengan Departemen safety dan customer service.
i. Penggunakan produk laser, zat radioaktif, atau
special efek harus mendapat persetujuan dari
Departemen safety dan customer service minimum
1 (satu) bulan sebelum pertunjukan.
j. Dilarang melakukan pekerjaan las, potong besi,
gerinda didalam gedung.
k. Dilarang menggunakan balon dekorasi yang berisi
gas helium, hidrogen atau gas karbit di dalam
maupun diluar gedung/hall. Balon udara
berukuran besar berisi gas helium diperbolehkan
di luar gedung.
l. Aktivitas yang menghasilkan api dilarang dilakukan
didalam gedung/hall seperti aktifitas memasak,
pengelasan, gerinda, kembang api, pyro dan lain
lain.
m. Dilarang menghalangi Pintu keluar darurat,
peralatan proteksi kebakaran gedung (Hydrant
box, APAR box, Fire detector, Fire Sprinkler, dll),
ruang engineer, panel listrik, CCTV dan toilet.
b. Ensure contractors & subcontractors implement
HSE requirements in the build up, showdays and
breakdown processes.
c. Obey the direction of the JIEXPO management
when something is found that can endanger
visitors and the building.
d. Ensure that the building capacity is able to
accommodate visitors in accordance with the
applicable venue capacity
e. The Lessee is fully responsible for HSE related
matters in all exhibition areas and participants are
responsible for HSE matters in their booth area.
f. Smoking is prohibited in the JIEXPO building. If it
is found to be fined.
g. It is forbidden to do cooking activities inside the
building. Setiapaktiv
h. The use of fireworks is not allowed inside the
building, their use is only allowed outside and
must coordinate with Safety and customer service
department.
i. Using laser products, radioactive substances, or
special effects must obtain approval from Safety
and customer service department at least 1 (one)
month before the show.
j. It is prohibited to do welding work, cutting iron,
grinding in the building.
k. It is prohibited to use decorative balloons
containing helium, hydrogen or carbide gas inside
or outside the building/hall. Large air balloons
filled with helium gas are allowed outside the
building.
l. Activities that generate fire are prohibited from
being carried out inside the building/ hall such as
cooking, welding, grinding, fireworks, pyro and
others.
m. It is prohibited to block emergency exits, building
fire protection equipment (Hydrant box, APAR
box, Fire detector, Fire Sprinkler, etc), engineer
room, electrical panels, CCTV and toilets.

7. Penyewa dan kontraktor harus mematuhi peraturan
loading dock.
8. Pekerjaan diketinggian 1,8 meter harus dilakukan
dengan aman dan dilengkapi dengan full body
harness.
9. Pastikan fasilitas permainan anak aman digunakan
setiap saat.
10. Penggunaan kembang api, pyro & confetti harus
kordinasi dengan departemen Customer services,
Security & Safety minimal 2 minggu sebelum
pertunjukan.
11. Kembang api harus dinyalakan secara elektronik
bukan manual.
12. Penyimpanan bahan kembang api / pyro lebih dari
semalam dilarang di dalam area JIEXPO.
13. Food truck/F&B di luar gedung harus menyediakan
APAR minimal 3,5 kg sebanyak 1 tabung. Dan Hanya
dibolehkan menggunakan tabung LPG ukuran 12 kg
atau tabung bright gas ukuran 5 kg.
14. Hanya dibolehkan menggunakan tabung LPG ukuran
12 kg atau tabung bright gas ukuran 5 kg.
15. Pada saat proses persiapan dan pembongkaran,
seluruh pekerja kontraktor harus menggunakan APD
yang sesuai seperti : sepatu, kaca mata, dll. Dan
seluruh pekerja kontraktor harus mengikuti sesi
Safety Briefing dari pihak Safety & Security JIEXPO
sebelum mereka memulai pekerjaan mereka.
17. Peralatan kerja yang digunakan harus dalam kondisi
yang bagus, tidak rusak dan tidak dimodifikasi.
X. GENSET
1. Genset ditempatkan minimal 3 m dari kendaraan,
bahan bakar dan ditempatkan diluar gedung
2. Sediakan 2 tabung APAR jenis ABC dan type CO2,
ukuran minimum 6 kg untuk setiap satu unit genset.
3. Pihak Penyewa/kontraktor harus melampirkan surat
perizinan genset (diatas 200 KVA) dan memastikan
genset dalam kondisi layak operasi.
7. The Leese and contractors must comply with loading
dock regulations.
8. Work at a height of 1,8 meters must be carried out
safely and equipped with a full body harness.
9. Ensure that children's play facilities are safe to use at
all times.
10. The use of fireworks, pyro and confetti must be
coordinated with the Safety, Security and customer
service department at least 2 weeks before the show.
11. Fireworks must be ignited electronically, not
manually.
12. Storage of fireworks / pyro material more than
overnight is prohibited in the JIEXPO area.
13. Food trucks/F&B outside the building must provide
at least 1 cylinder of fire extinguisher with a size of
3,5 kg. And it is only allowed to use 12 kg LPG
cylinders or 5 kg bright gas cylinders.
14. It is only permitted to use a 12 kg LPG cylinder or a 5
kg bright gas cylinder.
16. During the preparation and dismantling process, all
contractor workers must wear appropriate PPE such
as: shoes, goggles, etc. And all contractor workers
must attend a Safety Briefing session from JIEXPO
Safety & Security before they start their work.
17. The work equipment used must be in good condition,
undamaged and unmodified.
X. GENERATOR
1. The generator is placed at least 3 m from the vehicle,
fuel and placed outside the building
2. Provide 2 cylinder type ABC and CO2 fire
extinguishers, the minimum size is 6 kg for each
generator unit.
3. The Lessee/contractor must attach a generator
permit letter (above 200 KVA) and ensure that the
generator set is in a proper condition for operation.

4. Knalpot generator tidak diarahkan ke gedung atau jalur
pejalan kaki.
5. Penempatan genset harus aman dan dijauhkan dari
jangkauan pengunjung.
6. Bahan Bakar harus tersimpan dengan aman dan benar.
7. Saat pengisian bahan bakar, mesin genset harus dalam
kondisi mati dan dingin.
8. Unit genset dan cadangan bahan bakarnya harus
dilapisi dengan terpal plastik pada alasnya.
XI. DRONE
1. Drone tidak boleh diterbangkan di dalam gedung,
hanya diperbolehkan di luar gedung.
2. Harus mengisi formulir izin drone.
3. Pilot drone harus memiliki lisensi yang masih berlaku.
4. Bila terjadi kecelakaan yang mengakibatkan kerusakan
properti, cidera ataupun korban jiwa maka
sepenuhnya menjadi tanggung jawab Pilot, co-pilot dan
penanggung jawabnya. Pihak lain JIEXPO tidak
bertanggung jawab terkait hal tersebut.
5. Saat manajemen JIEXPO mengetahui pengoperasian
drone tanpa memenuhi syarat dan ketentuan
menerbangkan drone yang berlaku, maka petugas
Security JIEXPO akan menghentikannya langsung.
XII. PERSYARATAN TATA RUANG ACARA
Persyaratan Audio Visual
Penyewa harus memberi tahu Manajemen JIEXPO tentang
kebutuhan audio visualnya untuk Acara (jika ada) tidak
kurang dari dua puluh satu (21) hari sebelum dimulainya
Periode Acara.
XIII. RIGGING
1. Penggunaan rigging gantung harus berkordinasi
dengan petugas customer servis dan Safety JIEXPO
minimal 3 minggu sebelumnya.
2. Design rigging gantung harus ditinjau dan disetujui
oleh petugas Safety JIEXPO. Bila design belum ditinjau
maka pekerjaan tidak boleh dimulai.
4. Generator exhaust is not directed at buildings or
pedestrian paths.
5. The placement of the generator must be safe and
away from the reach of visitors.
6. Fuel must be stored safely and properly.
7. When refueling, the generator engine must be off
and cold.
8. The generator unit and its fuel reserve must be
covered with plastic sheeting on the base.
XI. DRONE
1. Drones may not be flown inside the building, only
outside the building.
2. Must fill in the drone permit form.
3. The drone pilot must have a valid license.
4. If an accident occurs which results in property
damage, injury or casualties, it is entirely the
responsibility of the Pilot, the co-pilot and the person
in charge. JIEXPO is absolutely not responsible for
this.
5. When JIEXPO management finds out about drone
operations without complying the terms and
conditions of flying a drone, JIEXPO Security officers
will immediately stop it.
XII. SPATUAL EVENT REQUIREMENT
Audio Visual Requirements
Lessee must notify JIEXPOManagement of their audio
visual requirements for the Event (if any) not less than
twenty one (21) days prior to the start of the Event
Period.
XIII. RIGGING
1. The use of hanging rigging must coordinate with the
JIEXPO customer service and safety officer at least 3
weeks in advance.
2. The hanging rigging design must be reviewed and
approved by the JIEXPO Safety Officers. If the design
has not been reviewed, work may not be started.

3. Peralatan rigging seperti Truss, Shackle,
Webbing/Spanset, Wire Rope, dan Manual Hoist
Crane harus dalam kondisi yang bagus, tidak cacat
serta layak digunakan.
4. Pemasangan instalasi rigging harus dilakukan oleh
orang yang kompeten dengan menggunakan
peralatan APD lengkap seperti: full body harness,
sepatu, dsb. (terutama rigging gantung) dan mampu
untuk mempertimbangkan faktor kekuatan
materialnya, beban, dan pemilihan material yang
sesuai dengan beban.
5. Penggunaan rigging gantung harus
mempertimbangkan kekuatan struktur rigging point
(beban rigging gantung harus dibawah batas kekuatan
struktur/rigging point).
6. Semua aktivitas rigging harus:
a. Direncanakan dengan baik sebelumnya terutama
terkait dengan batas beban titik rigging gantung
gedung.
b. Diawasi oleh pengawas yang kompeten (mengerti
dan berpengalaman tentang aktivitas rigging dan
perwakilan dari sales).
c. Penyelenggara harus menunjuk kontraktor
independent untuk memeriksa dan menyetujui
pemasangan di hall setelah rigging terpasang.
Setiap pekerjaan yang tidak aman harus dibuat
aman atau dihilangkan.
d. Penyelenggara (PIC EO) harus memantau aktivitas
rigging untuk memastikan bahwa aktivitas rigging
berlangsung dengan aman.
e. Semua peralatan yg digantung harus
menggunakan rantai/tali atau sling pengaman
setiap saat, dan setiap bagian yang dapat dilepas
harus diamankan bersama dengan peralatan
tersebut.
f. Konstruksi rigging/panggung/booth/back drop dan
lain sebagainya tidak boleh mengganggu dan/atau
menghalangi beam detector, Fire Safety
Equipment seperti Hydrant box, Fire Exit Door, Fire
Detector, Box APAR, Fire Sprinkler dan lain
sebagainya.
3. Rigging equipment such as Truss, Shackle,
Webbing/Spanset, Wire Rope, and Manual Hoist
Crane must be in good condition, not defective and
suitable for use.
4. Installation of rigging must be carried out by a
competent person using complete PPE equipment
such as: full body harness, shoes, etc. (especially
hanging rigging) and be able to consider the material
strength factor, load, and material selection
according to the load.
5. The use of hanging rigging must consider the
strength of the rigging point structure (the load of
hanging rigging must be below the strength limit of
the structure /riging point).
6. All rigging activities must:
a. It is planned well in advance, especially related to
the load limit of the building hanging rigging point
b. Supervised by competent supervisors
(understanding and experienced about rigging
activities and representatives from sales).
c. The organizer must appoint an independent
contractor to inspect and approve the installation
in the hall after the rigging is installed. Any unsafe
work must be made safe or eliminated.
d. The organizer (or their floor manager) must
monitor the rigging activity to ensure that the
rigging activity is taking place safely.
e. All hanging equipment must use a safety
chain/rope or sling at all times, and any
detachable parts must be secured with the
appliance.
f. Rigging/stage/booth/back drop construction and
so on should not interfere with and/or block
beam detectors, Fire Safety Equipment such as
Hydrant boxes, Fire Exit Doors, Fire Detectors,
Fire Extinguisher Box, and Fire Sprinklers and so
on.

 g. Konstruksi panggung harus kuat serta mampu
menopang beban manusia dan peralatan.
h. Akses naik panggung harus aman dan bebas dari
bahaya terjatuh, terpeleset, tersandung, dll.
i. Harus mengisi formulir rigging dan
ditandatangani, lalu serahkan ke departemen
Safety.
j. Kontruksi yang digantung hanya diperbolehkan
menggunakan rigging alumunium.
k. Konstruksi booth, backdrop, rigging, rigging
gantung, panggung dan tenda harus kuat dan
kokoh, bila ada kegagalan konstruksi/roboh maka
menjadi tanggung jawab kontraktornya.
l. Pastikan Konstruksi booth, backdrop, rigging,
rigging gantung, panggung dan tenda aman setiap
saat.
XIV. PROTOKOL DAN AREA PUBLIK
1. Penggunaan VIP Room, organizer room, dan ruangan-
ruangan lainnya harus dikoordinasikan dan disetujui
penggunaaann terlebih dahulu oleh Marketing Venue.
2. Dilarang untuk mengubah, memindahkan dan
mengganti tata letak dan isi dari ruangan VIP.
3. Area Publik JIEXPO yang meliputi selasar, meeting
room, lobi, connecting area, drop off area dilarang
untuk di block.
4. Untuk semua jajaran Board Of Directors, Protokol,
Management dan tingkat Supervisor Operation wajib
mendapatkan akses penuh di setiap acara yang
diselenggarakan di JIEXPO.
XV. DENDA PELANGGARAN
1. Merokok didalam Hall dan GPN (2x Teguran) :
Rp. 500.000,-
2. Tidur-tiduran & Makan diselasar Hall dan GPN (2x
Teguran) : Rp. 100.000,-
3. Denda Hilang ID Working Pass @ 1Pcs : Rp. 50.000,-
4. Memalsukan ID working Pass @ 1pcs : Rp. 100.000,-
g. Stage construction must be strong and able to
support the load of people and equipment.
h. Access to the stage must be safe and free from
the danger of falling, slipping, tripping, etc.
i. Must fill out the rigging form and sign it, then
submit it to the Security & Safety department.
j. Hanging constructions are only allowed using
aluminum rigging.
k. The construction of booths, backdrops, rigging,
hanging rigging, stages and tents must be strong
and sturdy, if there is a construction
failure/collapse it is the responsibility of the
contractor.
l. Ensure that the booth construction, backdrop,
rigging, hanging rigging, stage and tent is safe at
all times.
XIV. PROTOCOL AND PUBLIC AREA
1. The use of the VIP Room, organizer room, and other
rooms must be coordinated and approved in advance
by the marketing venue.
2. It is prohibited to change, move and change the
layout and contents of the VIP room.
3. The JIEXPO Public Area, which includes the hallway,
meeting room, lobby, connecting area, drop off area,
is prohibited from being blocked.
4. All levels of the Board of Directors, Protocol,
Management and Supervisor Operations level must
have full access to every event held at JIEXPO.
XV. VIOLATION FINES
1. Smoking in the Hall and GPN (2 times Warning) :
