MESSAGE

I warmly congratulate all of you as you complete your

elementary education. I also would like to acknowledge and
extend my sincerest gratitude to all school leaders, teachers,
parents, guardians, and partners who made this possible.

This day is a moment we can all celebrate with pride.

Together we rose above the trials and hardships brought by the
pandemic. The times may have changed as we lived in the new
normal, but I am glad that it did not change our goal of a better
future. With this, you have all worked hard to achieve this
milestone in your life, one of immense significance.

My dear graduates, today you made a step closer to your dreams, but a long journey still
awaits. Struggles and even tough battles will confront you, and may the learnings and skills you
have gained during the past seven years equip you for victory.

I earnestly hope you move forward to your future with gratitude for the people who have
helped you succeed, namely your teachers, parents, siblings, classmates, friends, and the
community. With this, may you pay it forward to others who soon will cross your path. May you
become a blessing and inspiration to others wherever you may go.

The present may still be uncertain but keep the hope and the faith for as God has promised
in Jeremiah 29:11, “For I know the plans I have for you,” declares the Lord, “plans to prosper you
and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future.”, a better future is waiting for you. You
will welcome every opportunity and take on every challenge that leads you to an exciting
adventure of self-discovery and growth.

You are the future of Caraga. You are the future of this nation. In you, we hope. In you,
we trust.

Once again, congratulations to my dear Elementary graduates of School Year 2021-2022.
