FIGUEROA, THOMAS BERNARD ANGELO M.

BS ECE 201 – THEOLOGY 60141

PRELIM OUTPUT:

To become a strong, committed and mature witness of Christ at home is to:

1.) Read the gospels that accounts to Jesus' life experience and teachings and apply it in every
day life at home with family members. For instance, in Matthew 7:25, a house cannot be blown
down by strong winds and fall down by rain for its foundation is built on the rock, the rock
symbolizes the faith of a family dedicated to God.
2.) Walk the talk. Have the initiative to make ourselves better everyday as a household member
by doing chores, obey our parents, practice values that starts within our homes.
3.) Show the love that is unified under the same roof with each member of the household by
watching over and take care of younger siblings
4.) Love and forgive our family unconditionally because they are the ones who put us first in every
instance in life.
5.) A family that prays together, stays together. And of course, prayer before meals should always
be taken into action before anything else. This reminds us of the Last Supper, the last moments
of Jesus with his apostles whom he treated as family.

In school:
1.) Have cammaraderie between our fellow students just as Jesus established love and
compassion for his apostles as well as to his followers.
2.) Have courtesy to our teachers and give them the respect they deserve
3.) Stop for a moment and reflect whenever the Angelus is heard within the premise
4.) Dedicate hardwork, patience, hope, and redeem oneself to be triumphant in challenges
encoutered in school just as what St. Paul did to the gentiles.
5.) Put wisdom above knowledge because it is a blessing of the Holy Spirit that was promised to
us by Jesus to live by and cherish.

In the community/society:
1.) Whenever we visit the church, always genuflect as we pass by the altar and pray to God in
silence but with sincerity
2.) Practice works of charity and give something we have to ever when we see the poor begging
for help along the streets. Open our hearts to those people.
3.) Be an example to young ones and be their inspiration to do good deeds and value their
character.
4.) Join gatherings and churches established even through basic ecclesial community to have
deeper understanding with our neighbors and as children of God, loving one another.
5.) Participate in community services that involve assisting the elderly, bring happiness to
orphaned children, and provide care and shelter to the homeless and the sick.
