1. Objectives
To familiarize the student about:
i. Implementation of maintenance system or activities in industry.
ii. Writing technical reports.
iii. Presentation of the findings.

2. Instructions and guideline

2.1. Identify any maintenance system or activity implemented in your workplace.

2.2. Write technical report.

2.3. Please refer to Case Study Technical Report Rubric form uploaded in Author system
and sample of technical report format.

2.4. Prepare slide and present the findings.

2.5. Please refer to Case Study Presentation Rubric form uploaded in Author system.

2.6. Case Study Checklist Psychomotor and Affective need to be filled and verified by
industry supervisor.

3. Submission

3.1. Presentation duration should be between 10-15 minutes by individual.

3.2. Submit the technical report, presentation slide, link video, all filled evaluation forms
including the logbook to Author system before 16 July 2022, 11:55 PM.
