TAKE NOTICE THAT the Honourable Chief Magistrate’s Court shall be moved on the 20 th
day of June 2021 at 8: 00 a.m. in the morning/afternoon or so soon thereafter as the matter may
be reached for hearing of the application on the part of the Applicant for ORDERS.

1. THAT the Honourable court be pleased to issue a Warrant of arrest against one Nat
Ondimu and Vero Mwangi, directed to chief inspector Mr. John Mugo of no. 2304 of
Umoja police station, for purposes of executing the orders of this honourable court.

I, NO. 2304 JOHN MUGO, CHIEF INSPECTOR Umoja police station of P.O BOX 19945 -
00100 Nairobi in the Republic of Kenya, do hereby make an oath and state as follows: -

1. THAT on the 17th of June the respondent and others assaulted an offence of
assault contrary to section 250 of the Penal Code on one Mr. Philip Kabura
2. THAT the respondent has since gone into hiding
3. THAT unless a warrant of arrest is issued against the respondent, he is a flight risk
and may leave the country thereby defeating the end of justice.
