They have nine sub- species of which three species have been declared Vanished. The
subspecies which still live on earth are Siberian tigers, tiger South China tiger, Indochinese
tiger, Bengal tiger, and Malayan tiger. In general, male tigers weigh between 180 and 320 kg,
while the weight is between 120 and 180 kg for females. Their body length is between 2.6
and 3.3 meters for males, while females’ body length is between 2.3 and 2.75 meters. Among
the surviving subspecies, Sumatran tigers are the smallest and Siberian tigers are the biggest
tiger in the world.

They have stripes on its body. The stripes are usually used as identity because each tiger has a
different striped pattern. Besides used for an identity, it is also useful for camouflage from its
prey. Commonly, colors of the stripes are orange and black while its hair chest is white.
Nevertheless, Siberian tigers have pale stripes while Bengal tigers’ body is white.

Harimau (Panthera tigris) adalah hewan mamalia yang tergolong dalam filum Chordata
(mempunyai saraf tulang belakang), subfilum vertebrata (bertulang belakang), keluarga

tubuhnya berwarna putih.

Pada umumnya, memiliki surai berwarna putih pada bagian bawah wajahnya. Tidak seperti
singa, surai pada harimau lebih sedikit. Seperti spesies kucing besar yang lain, harimau
memiliki bintik putih di belakang kedua telinganya. Harimau adalah hewan pemakan daging
(Karnivora). Mereka biasanya memakan mangsa yang cukup besar seperti sapi hutan, rusa,
kijang, babi, kancil. Harimau termasuk ke dalam jenis hewan soliter. Mereka lebih suka
hidup dan berburu sendiri. Meskipun berasal dari keluarga yang sama, harimau berbeda
dengan kucing biasa kecil lainnya. Mereka sangat suka berenang.

Harimau bereproduksi dengan cara melahirkan. Mereka biasanya berkembang biak pada
bulan November hingga april. Harimau memiliki masa kehamilan sekitar 3-4 minggu. Dalam
sekali melahirkan, harimau bisa menghasilkan 3 sampai 4 anak harimau.

 Elephants are large mammals of the family Elephantidae and the order
Proboscidea. Two species are traditionally recognised, the African elephant
(Loxodonta africana) and the Asian elephant (Elephas maximus), although
some evidence suggests that African bush elephants and African forest
elephants are separate species (L. africana and L. cyclotis respectively).
 Elephants are scattered throughout sub-Saharan Africa, South Asia, and
Southeast Asia. Elephantidae is the only surviving family of the order
Proboscidea; other, now extinct, members of the order include deinotheres,
gomphotheres, mammoths, and mastodons. Male African elephants are the
largest extant terrestrial animals and can reach a height of 4 m (13 ft) and
weigh 7,000 kg (15,000 lb). All elephants have several distinctive features,
the most notable of which is a long trunk or proboscis, used for many
purposes, particularly breathing, lifting water and grasping objects.
 Their incisors grow into tusks, which can serve as weapons and as tools for
moving objects and digging. Elephants’ large ear flaps help to control their
body temperature. Their pillar-like legs can carry their great weight. African
elephants have larger ears and concave backs while Asian elephants have
smaller ears and convex or level backs.
 Elephants are herbivorous and can be found in different habitats including
savannahs, forests, deserts and marshes. They prefer to stay near water.
They are considered to be keystone species due to their impact on their
environments. Other animals tend to keep their distance from elephants,
while predators such as lions, tigers, hyenas, and wild dogs usually target
only young elephants (or “calves”). Females (“cows”) tend to live in family
groups, which can consist of one female with her calves or several related
females with offspring.

 The groups are led by an individual known as the matriarch, often the oldest
cow. Elephants have a fission–fusion society in which multiple family groups
come together to socialise. Males (“bulls”) leave their family groups when they
reach puberty, and may live alone or with other males. Adult bulls mostly
interact with family groups when looking for a mate and enter a state of
increased testosterone and aggression known as musth, which helps them
gain dominance and reproductive success.

 Calves are the centre of attention in their family groups and rely on their
mothers for as long as three years. Elephants can live up to 70 years in the
wild. They communicate by touch, sight, smell and sound; elephants use
infrasound,[1] and seismic communication over long distances. Elephant
intelligence has been compared with that of primates and cetaceans. They
appear to have self-awareness and show empathy for dying or dead
individuals of their kind.
 African elephants are listed as vulnerable by the International Union for
Conservation of Nature (IUCN), while the Asian elephant is classed as
endangered. One of the biggest threats to elephant populations is the ivory
trade, as the animals are poached for their ivory tusks. Other threats to wild
elephants include habitat destruction and conflicts with local people.
 Elephants are used as working animals in Asia. In the past they were used in
war; today, they are often controversially put on display in zoos, or exploited
for entertainment in circuses. Elephants are highly recognisable and have
been featured in art, folklore, religion, literature and popular culture

Dates

Botanically, dates are the fruits which grow on the palm tree belonging to the family of
Arecaceae, in the genus: Phoenix, and scientifically named as Phoenix dactylifera. The tree
is believed to originate in the lands on the banks of Nile and Euphrates Rivers of ancient
Egypt and Mesopotamia. Date palm is now grown extensively for its edible fruits under
warmer climates across all the continents.

The date fruit is a "drupe", in which its outer fleshy part (exocarp and mesocarp) surrounds
the seed inside. The fruit is oval to cylindrical in shape, 3–7 cms long, and 2–3 cms
diameter, and ripe dates range from golden-yellow, amber, bright-red to deep-brown
depending on the cultivar type.

There are many varieties of date palm cultivated. ‘Amir Hajj’, ‘Saidy’, 'Khadrawy' and
'Medjool' are some of the important varieties popular for their rich taste, flavor, and superior
quality. Wonderfully delicious, dates are one of the most popular fruits packed with an
impressive list of essential nutrients, vitamins, and minerals that are required for normal
growth.
Mobile Phone

A mobile phone (also known as a wireless phone, or cellular telephone) is a very

small portable radio telephone.

The mobile phone can be used to communicate over long distances without wires. It
works by communicating with a nearby base station (also called a “cell site”) which
connects it to the main phone network. As the mobile phone moves around, if the
mobile phone gets too far away from the cell it is connected to, that cell sends a
message to another cell to tell the new cell to take over the call. This is called a
“hand off,” and the call continues with the new cell the phone is connected to. The
hand-off is done so well and carefully that the user will usually never even know that
the call was transferred to another cell.

As mobile phones became more popular, they began to cost less money, and more
people could afford them. Monthly plans became available for rates as low as US$30
or US$40 a month. Cell phones have become so cheap to own that they have mostly
replaced pay phones and phone booths except for urban areas with many people.

A cactus (plural: cacti) is any member of the plant family Cactaceae, native to the
Americas. They are often used as ornamental plants, but some are also crop
plants. Cacti are grown for protection of property from wild animals, as well as
many other uses.

Cacti are part of the plant order Caryophyllales, which also include members like
beets, gypsophila, spinach, amaranth, tumbleweeds, carnations, rhubarb,
buckwheat, plumbago, bougainvillea, chickweed and knotgrass.

Cacti are unusual and distinctive plants, which are adapted to extremely arid and
hot environments, showing a wide range of anatomical and physiological
features which conserve water. Their stems have adapted to become
photosynthetic and succulent, while the leaves have become the spines for which
cacti are well known.

Cacti come in a wide range of shapes and sizes. The tallest is Pachycereus
pringlei, with a maximum recorded height of 19.2 m, and the smallest is
Blossfeldia liliputiana, only about 1 cm in diameter at maturity. Cactus flowers are
large, and like the spines and branches arise from areoles. Many cactus species
are night blooming, as they are pollinated by nocturnal insects or small animals,
principally moths and bats. Cacti range in size from small and globular to tall and
columnar

Drone

A drone is an unmanned aircraft. The term drone, more widely used by the public, refers to
the resemblance of dumb-looking navigation and loud-and-regular motor sounds to the male
bee. Drone is also known as an unmanned aerial vehicle (UAV), as an unmanned aircraft
system (UAS), or by several other names.

The flight of UAVs may operate with various degrees of autonomy: either under remote
control by a human operator, or fully autonomously, by computers. A UAV uses aerodynamic
forces to provide vehicle lift and can fly autonomously or be piloted remotely. It can also be
expendable or recoverable, and can carry a lethal or nonlethal payload."
Cats or as we usually called it as the domestic cat are four-legged carnivorous
mammal. Their latin name is Felis catus or Felis silvestris catus. The domestication
of cats is believed to have started since ancient Egypt 9,500 years ago. Since that,
cats have become humans companion. Nowadays it is the most popular pet in the
world and also the second most popular pet in the US and they are often called as
the house cats. It is believed that there are more than 70 cat breeds now in the
world.

Most cats are furry, only some of them such as Sphynx cat born with less fur on their
body. Some cats have a long tail and some others have a short tail. It also has a very
flexible body and sharp claws which can be retracted. Usually cats can grow up to 4
to 5 kg in weight and 23 to 25 cm in length, but sometimes it can be smaller or grow
even bigger. Their eyes allow them to see in the dark and their ears allow them to
hear sound with a high frequency that human could not hear. They are a good
solitary hunters who have a really good sense of smell. There are various colors of
cats in the world such as white, brown, grey, black, stripes and even multi color. They
are a social species and they can make various sound such
as mewing, purring, hissing and growling.
My cat

I have a cat in my house, the cat is male. I like call him “Papay”. He is an adorable
cat, my cat is cute. His body is fat. He has black and white fur.

I really love to cuddle him because his fur feels soft. Every morning my mother gives
a fish, sometime he usually scratches out my arm when I play with him. He is an
active animal. He likes to run around the house. He likes to chase everyone in my
house. When he feels tired or sleepy, he usually sleeps on the sofa in the living room
or sometime under the table.

“Papay” often goes out to find for food at night. And sometime he brings a mouse on
his mouth. Then he eats the mouse in the back of my house for himself.
