RFP for Balance Work of 2/4 laning of Chappra-Hajipur Section of NH-19 From Km.
143.200 to km. 209+940 in state of Bihar under NHDP Phase-III on Engineering
Procurement and Construction (EPC) mode.
The Ministry of Road Transport & Highways through National Highways Authority of
India is engaged in the development of National Highways and as part of this endeavour,
it has been decided to undertake Balance Work of 2/4 laning of Chappra-Hajipur Section
of NH-19 From Km. 143.200 to km. 209+940 in state of Bihar under NHDP Phase-III on
Engineering Procurement and Construction (EPC) mode.
The National Highways Authority of India represented by its Chairman now invites bids
from eligible contractors for the following project:

https://bims.gov.in/ from 06.06.2022 to 06.07.2022 (upto 1100 Hrs. IST). Bidder must
submit its Technical Bid at https://etenders.gov.in and https://bims.gov.in and Financial
Bid at https://etenders.gov on or before 06.07.2022 (upto 1100 hours IST). Bids received
online shall be opened on 07.07.2022 (at 1130 hours IST).

Bid through any other mode shall not be entertained. However, Bid Security, POA for
signing the Bid, POA for lead member of JV, if any, JBA for JV, if any, Integrity Pact,
and experience certificates apostile at foreign origin, if any and other documents
specified in clause 2.11.2 of RFP shall be submitted physically in original by the Lowest
Bidder before issuance of Letter of Acceptance (LOA) by the Authority. Please note that
the National Highways Authority of India reserves the right to accept or reject all or any
of the BIDs without assigning any reason whatsoever.
