This study does not involve human subjects because the investigator cannot determine the participants to
which the data pertains by using anonymized data. Collecting the data from a colleague with whom the
investigator is not working with means that the colleague will not be able to connect any study findings to
identifiable individuals.
2. I personally think the study is unethical because the investigator does not practice confidentiality. As an
investigator you should protect the privacy of the individuals and maintain the confidentiality of data.
