Duties/Responsibilities:
1. Monitor all site safety and legal requirements.
2. Review project proposals and plans to develop project objectives, phases, and elements.
3. Communicate on project progress, unusual concerns, and plans.
4. Coordinate bills of materials issuance for construction and equipment.
5. Prepare and document design calculations under Principal Engineer’s direction.
6. Support Project Manager and ensure timely addressing of project contractual deliverables.
7. Organize fieldwork and assign technicians and staff specialists to tasks.
8. Review design consultants’ drawings and integrate them with the project.
9. Negotiate with every Contractor for the project.
10. Collect and analyze project information to create status reports and recommend future actions.

Sites Location: Different Areas of Rangunia and Raozan.

Duties/Responsibilities:
1. Complete Structural Design of 3-4 storied residential buildings.
2. Present the whole design in AutoCAD.
3. Supervision of foundation, column, beam, slab, and paintings works.
4. Communicate about construction site progress, unusual concerns, and plans.

6. Discussion and meeting with contractors and clients.
