PROPOSAL FOR FAREWELL PARTY

Grade 12 – Holy Family and Holy Spirit A.Y. 2021-2022

Adviser: Mrs. May B. Diaz

I. Objectives

This farewell party aims to:

a. strengthen the bonds of each student in Grade 12 Holy Family and Holy Spirit
together with their adviser before the school year ends;
b. promote sportsmanship and establish cooperation within the section; and
c. create memories and cherish the last day of classes as a senior high school
student as one family.

II. Procedures/Program

A. Prayer

The opening prayer will be led by the Holy Spirit’s class vice president, Julliana
Mikaela Carlos.

B. Games

Before proceeding with the first game, the students will be renaming themselves
with their section and first name to have a competitive set of games between the two sections
given the format: “Family – Name” or “Spirit – Name”. This will let the officers-in-charge to
identify the students easily all throughout the party.

● Guess the Gibberish

1. A set of Gibberish words will be prepared by the officers.

 2. These words will appear on a PowerPoint presentation to be guessed by the
students.

3. The first section to guess 10 Gibberish words will be the winner for this game.

● Family Feud

1. A set of surveyed questions and answers will be prepared by the officers.

2. The mechanics of the game Family Feud will be applied in which the section to
attain the highest points after 3 rounds will win the game.

● Guess the Family/Spirit

1. The officers will be gathering pictures of every student to be zoomed in to

provide a more challenging guessing game for the rest of the class.

2. An officer will be sharing her screen providing a PowerPoint presentation

which contains the picture of every Family and Spirit (zoomed in and original photos).

3. Every student will be given unlimited chances to guess that particular student
by only showing a portion of his/her face.

4. There will be no winner for this game, for everyone will be considered a
winner by simply recognizing several members of the two sections.

C. Awarding Ceremonies

The officers will be preparing certificates for everyone which will contain a
unique award. This will be played as a video to reward the students for their hard work and
perseverance shown for the whole school year. This will also serve as a little “look back” to all
the memories we have shared despite of this online situation.
