BIBLE MONTH and FAMILY DAY CELEBRATION

I. OBJECTIVES:

 To encourage students to memorize God’s Word.

 To develop within each student a love for God’s Word.
 To encourage students to have a closer relationship with God.
 To provide an opportunity for fellowship with other students from other section.
 To be one in celebration of the National Bible Month.

II. GUIDELINES (Per Activity/Competition)

Activity 1: BIBLE QUIZ BEE
The activity is open for students from Grade 1 to Grade 12.

 The CLE Teachers may conduct their preliminary Bible quiz to choose and select the class
representatives in the Bible Quiz on the first week of January.
 There should be two representatives per section.
 The CLE Teachers will provide pointers to review for the chosen representatives.
 The school will provide material such as mini white board, white board maker and eraser to
the participants. (Isasabay sa delivery in exam)
 The below chart shown the bracketing, time allotment and the assigned quiz masters each
grade level.

 Parent’s permission would have to be sought and secured through writing a letter.
 The participants may have a very strong connection.
 Must be placed in a conducive and less noise environment.
 The participants are not allowed to turn off their microphones and cameras.
 Strictly no coaching. If caught, automatically disqualified.
 Must wear white shirt and use name tags.

During the Bible Quiz

 The quiz has 3 levels and have different pointing system.

Total points 32 points

 The quiz master will choose the top 3 with the highest scores.
 The highest will be the winner the two second to the highest will be the 1st and 2nd runner up.
 There will be tie breaker if two or more participants gained the same scores.
 All the participants will have an additional point for their written works in their CLE subject.
 The winner will be announced right after the scores are counted.

Activity 2: Family day

This activity will be done per class/ per advisory
 Ang bawat grade level ay kinakailangang magkaroon ng tigatlong kinatawan.
 Bibigyan ng magkakaibang tema o paksa ang tatlong bracket na binuo para sa gawain:
o Grade 7 & 8 – “Biyayang Natatanggap”
o Grade 9 & 10 – “Pagdamay sa Kapuwa”
o Grade 11 & 12 – “Hamon sa Buhay”
 Ang mga kinatawan ay susulat ng isang modernong tula (malayang taludturan) o spoken word
poetry.
 Isaalang-alang sa pagsulat ng tula ang wastong paggamit ng wika.
 Ang tula ay dapat na nauugnay sa tema o paksa. Maging maingat sa mga salitang hindi
magandang basahin at pakinggan.
 Ang nabuong piyesa ay kakabisahin at bibigkasin nang naka-video at ipapasa sa kani-kanilang
gurong tagapayo sa araw na itinakda. (Enero __, 2021)
 Ang mga video ay susuriin ng mga itinalagang hurado gamit ang mga sumusunod na
pamantayan:
o Orihinalidad - 25 %
o Kalinawan sa Pagbigkas - 20 %
o Ekspresyon ng Mukha - 15 %
o Koneksiyon sa Manonood - 15 %
o Kaugnayan sa Tema - 25 %

 Ang lahat ng makikiisa ay magkakaroon ng tatlong karagdagang puntos sa Written Works ng
asignaturang Araling Panlipunan, English, at Filipino.
 Tatlong mag-aaral ang mananalo sa bawat nabuong bracket (Grade 7 & 8, Grade 9 & 10,
Grade 10 & 12)
 Ang mga mananalo ay makatatanggap ng sertipiko at prize. Gayundin, ang kanilang mga
video ay ipo-post sa official Facebook page ng ating paaralan (San Sebastian School, Inc.).
