I. OBJECTIVE(S)
A. Content Standards The learner demonstrates an understanding of Anglo-American literature and other
types of serves and how they can help in preserving the unchanging values in
modern times: also, as how to utilize the features of a full-length play, tense
consistency modals, active and passive constructions, plus direct and indirect
speech to enable him/her competently performs in a full-length play.
B. Performance Standards The learner proficiently performs in a full-length play by applying effective verbal
and non-verbal strategies and ICT resources based on the following criteria: Focus,
Voice, Delivery, and Dramatic Conventions.
C. Learning Competency(ies) At the end of the discussion, the students are expected to:

ELICIT Spin the Wheel
T will make a wheel with the pupils' names on it. One of the students will be

1. Some days the rich man appeared at a window and glowered down at us.
He looked at us one by one, as though he were condemning us. We were
all healthy because we went out in the sun and bathed in the cool water

wrestled with one another in the house before we went to play. We were

lived in the town though he preferred living in the country.

EXPLORE (MOTIVATION) Game: Uncrack the Codes.


Instruction: The class will be divided into two groups and will be given a piece of

the lesson corresponding letters. All you need to do is to crack the codes and form the word.
The two groups only have 1 minute to guess the answer. The first group who will
first raise the paper and will correctly unlock the code will be announced as the

emphasizes that like other current challenges, CoViD-19, online bullying, and the
spread of fake news are instances of current issues. These challenges necessitate
the ability to assess the relevance and truthfulness of the provided concepts to
evaluate if it is true and relevant to their lives. They can also use their gained skills
to eliminate or solve problems.
