SUBJECT DESCRIPTION
This subject on Bisaya K2 is offered to the Kindergarteners of Fatima College of Camiguin, Inc.,
Mambajao, Camiguin for the SY 2021-2022.
This series provides lessons that will prepare young learners for a higher learning in Mother Tongue. The
Lesson in each unit is logically developed from the simplest to the most complex so that the learners can
gradually progress from one level to the next. Furthermore, each lesson is based on real-life situations
that young learners experienced in their daily lives.
SUBJECT OBJECTIVES:
SO1: Mahibaloan sa mga estudyante ang ilang kaugalingon nga hiyas sa pagkatawo
SO2: Mailhan ang mga nagkalain-lain nga parte sa lawas
SO3: Maila-ila ang mga miyembro sa komunidad nga andam motabang sa uban alang sa kalambuan sa
tanan.
SO4: Maila ang mga lugar nga nahimutangan sa mga butang.
This course kit will run for thirty – six (36) weeks which is approximately ten (10) months
with twenty – six (24) modules designed for blended home study learning. Major examinations
can be done through Google meet online that is accessible in a given schedule as is written on
their school calendar. Added check – up quizzes through aralinks, output presentations and the
like will be announced ahead by the Teacher to give enough time for student learners to
prepare.
The blended – home study Learning covers specific 21st Century Skills to be developed
in the students such as Experiential Learning Skills (learning through experience), Collaboration
and Communication Learning Skills (learning with others) and Critical Thinking and Information
Processing Learning Skills (learned and developed through the structured program itself).

Quarter 2: (2nd Quarter) Performance Task: Family Tree (For Modular and Online Students)
Students will trace their family history back to their great-grandparents and learn about where their
family is from and what types of jobs their ancestors had. Students will need basic writing skills to be
able to label their family tree. Prepare a sample family tree. It should be clearly labeled with family
relationships. Create a family information handout. Prepare a note to parents to send home with
students. This note should tell parents about the project their children will be doing and ask them to
help their child learn about their family history and supply photos if possible. After creating your
Family Tree, Video yourself while memorizing the Poem “MY FAMILY” and send it to our Group chat.
The deadline of your videos will be on December 18, 2021. Your video will be graded according to
the rubric below.

Quarter 3: (3rd Quarter) Performance Task: Diorama in Shoebox – Community Helper (For
Modular and Online Students)
You Project for this quarter is to design a shoe box diorama related to Community Helper. Inside of
your diorama shows the different community helpers in one community. Use materials from around
your home to create a creative and well-organized scene. Video yourself while doing your task at
least 3-5 min and send it to our Group chat. The deadline of your videos and output will be on
February 18, 2022. Your output will be graded according to the rubric below.
Quarter 4: (4th Quarter) Performance Task: Trace and Paints the ABCs (For Modular and Online
Students)
Kindergarten is all about the ABCs, this is for your final performance task in this S.Y. 2021-2022. For
the instruction, Fold paper into squares and add a different color or pattern to each. Then paint
alphabet letters overtop in your own hand writing. Recite to our class what color did you use and
recite the Alphabets. The deadline of your videos and output will be on April 18, 2022. Your output
will be graded according to the rubric below.
