Problems Encountered
•As observed in the second quarter, there
were a few learners who did not claim their
second quarter modules and there were
some that were not able to return them on
time. There is also a challenge in
communication since a lot of learners and
parents do not have mobile phones. We had
a hard time communicating with them.

Quarter II Module Releasing and Retrieval
In Quarter I!, the school received 36,768 copies of modules in all titles from the SDO-Panabo with
the assistance of printing partners.. CNHS was able to provide modules to its 825 student population
with a 1:1 ratio. Although there were titles that were short numbered, the school managed to print
those lacking copies.

ACTIONS TAKEN
Communication is the key.
We always make sure
that we communicate the
schedules of releasing and
retrieval of modules to
the parents through fb
messenger and text
message brigade.
ACTIONS TAKEN
Given that there were
learners and parents who do
not have cellphones, we took
initiative of bringing copies of
modules during our home
visitation while observing
proper safety protocol. Most
of the learners who did not
claim their modules were from
Cogon 1, 2, 3, and 4. The LSAs
were great help during this
period.
On the second
quarter, we still
continued the giving
of Parallel
Assessments, the
number of items
were 15 to 20 each
subject.
In preparation for
the third and fourth
quarter, we
prepared Learning
Activity Sheets in all
subjects for the
learners. We gave
them the freedom to
choose between a
digital copy and a
print copy.

PERFORMANCE BASED TASK

In line with the Unlimited Stories Delights that was initiated by SDO Panabo City, headed by Ma’am Maria
Perpetua Angelita G. Suelto, we asked the learners to submit their portfolios in English and Filipino with their
reflection papers compiled inside. These were checked and recorded as part of their 2 nd Quarter grade.
We are still continuing this in the 3rd and 4th quarter.
For the 2nd Quarter,

Reading Activities
⚫Since there were a few students out of
reach, CNHS conducted Home
Monitoring of the learners wherein we
check their module progress. We also
have our Pukot Program wherein we
visit different puroks of Cagangohan to
seek new enrollees, as well as visit
students that we hardly communicate
with. As an initiative, we also conducted
our Pabasa and recorded our
observations of the learner’s reading
skills and recorded their height and
weight for BMI. It’s like hitting three birds
with one stone.

As of this moment, we highly focus on
monitoring learners’ progress in the
module, as well as catering their
questions and queries about their
portfolios. We are also doing our best to
deliver learning through our Radio-
Based Instruction that was launched
last May 21, 2021 and is utilized in
Quarter 3 and onwards.
