many different kinds of emotions and all of them have their own purpose. This fun tree craft
will help you notice and name emotions you feel throughout your day. The better you get at
noticing and naming your emotions, the easier it is for you to understand them and express
what you're feeling to others.

How to Make

1 Print pages 2 and 3, cut along the


dotted line and tape together. Print
page 3 and cut out the leaves.

2 Choose the emotion you are


currently feeling and add it to
your tree. Keep adding to your
tree over time until it is full of all
your feelings.
