AGREEMENT OF SUPPORT

I, ALVIN K. SALTING, of legal age, married, Filipino citizen, and with

residence at 17 St. Purok 6 Lower Bicutan, Taguig City, hereinafter referred to as the
FIRST PARTY,

-and-

I, JANEWEE S. PUGAO, likewise of legal age, single, Filipino citizen a resident

of Purok 6, Bulanao, Tabuk City, Kalinga, hereinafter referred to as the SECOND
PARTY,

Freely and voluntarily enter into this Agreement, thus

WITNESSETH THAT:

1. The FIRST PARTY hereby acknowledges that minor ALWEEN JAVIN P.

SALTING is his illegitimate son with the SECOND PARTY;

2. The FIRST PARTY likewise agree to give financial, spiritual and emotional
support unto their son while the latter is in her custody and care;

3. The PARTIES agree that the visitation rights of the FIRST PARTY and the
relatives of the latter shall be entitled of their visitation rights whenever they like
and if there are special occasions;

4. The PARTIES agree that no one of them, including their respective families and
relatives shall provoke or cause any turmoil, injuries, verbal altercation upon the
child. In case of disagreements, the PARTIES agree that the matter shall be
discussed in the barangay where any of the PARTIES reside or shall be referred
to their elders;

5. The PARTIES agree that they shall not in anyhow cause or influence their son of
any thought against either PARTIES and their parents (that no one of them shall
brainwash their son);

6. The PARTIES likewise agree that they shall not post or cause to post, in social
media form or otherwise, any matter degrading or debasing any of them or any
of their immediate family;

7. In case the son is hospitalized, the SECOND PARTY shall immediately inform
the FIRST PARTY;

8. The FIRST PARTY shall not be prohibited to give gifts and any other additional
financial support to his child; and

9. That the monthly support agreed upon in the amount of THREE THOUSAND
PESOS shall be taken from the monthly allotment automatically deposited to the
ATM Card under ALWEEN JAVIN P. SALTING’s name.

This Agreement shall take effect immediately and that both parties agree to abide
with the aforecited terms and conditions with utmost good faith. Otherwise, legal
action may be taken by any of the PARTIES herein for any violation of the conditions
hereof.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the PARTIES have hereunto set their hands this 5th
day of May 2022 at Bulanao, Tabuk City, Kalinga.
