You are having a plan to invest or to build a real estate project in Viet nam. You are looking
for a employee who is good understanding about Viet Nam Law : Law of investment, Law on
real estate trading, Land law, Law on housing, Construction law… And who has a good
relationship with government, has experienced how to handle well the administrative
documents and executive procedures.
You have partners or clients whom form Viet nam like business partners, subconstructors,
subsidiary company... You need someone who can negotiate with them, resolve any problems
that happen during the project deployment.
You have partners like the global company where uses English is the main language for
conversation. And you need someone who is good at English and Korean language too.
With my experience when worked for Golden Lotus construction JSC, the big general
constractor, finished large projects in northern, central and southern Viet Nam. For examples,
Nestle factory in Dong nai ; Parkview tower in VSIP II, Binh duong ( southern Viet nam), Best
pacific factory in Hai duong ( northern Viet nam) , Perennial calble factory in Quang ngai
(central Viet nam). I used to work and handle directly with clients, partners and
subconstractors whom form Hong kong, Taiwan, USA, England and Australia..
Also within 2 year, living and studying real estate at Youngsan university in Korea for Master
degree by Korean languge, I learned a lot of knowledge about real estate business. Especially
I spent a lot of time to research Viet nam law which one involves real estate and foreign
investment ; studying many real case of cheat and trick that happen when doing business in
Viet nam, and found the way to handle it.
The most important thing, I think my strongest ability is quickly able to adapt with new,
strange, different field beyond my league. Look back my goals in the past to prove it:
 It took me 1,5 year after gradutation to reach the position Site manager of 1.5 million USD
Civil construction project (average time: over 5year ).
 It took me almost 7 month to get Topik 4 examination form beginning learner (average
time: over 1.5 year ).
 I spent 2 year to get the licence of master of real estate that far form my university
graduate major by new language with excellence award.
I believe that my expertise and experiences can make more values for your company,
deserve any coins you will play for my salary.
