12.1 COP Installation

Tooling:
 Straight screwdriver, Cross screwdriver, Iron gauge, Wire pliers, Allen wrench.
Note: Refer to the chapter Ⅳ-Tooling.

1. Install Car Operation Panel (COP)

1.1 Installation of COP2 (HAA25001A, front type)
① Connect the COP box with side panel and platform, adjust the height of box with bottom
connection bolts and ensure that the box is vertical in both sides (Relative verticality≦1/2000).

The M6 bolts will connect to fascia plate

Using nylon rivets

(5*HAA141A1) to
connect the middle Connect with
portion of COP box Carside panel
and Car side panel by M6 bolt

M6 bolts, use it to adjust

the height of COP box

② Install and adjust the COP panel

COP Panel

Adjust the height of COP panel by the bolt, make

sure the clearance between the panel top and fascia
is ≤1mm and no interference.

③ COP panel closing

After completing the Car door installation, close the COP panel, double check and make
sure the clearance between COP panel and Car door panels should be 3 – 6 mm.

Close the panel with M6

the hinge bolts, make sure the
clearance between the panel top and
fascia is ≤1mm and no interference.
