1) Assemble Cable Hanger at position which is 1.0m ~ 1.5m away from hoistway ceiling, and fix
Traveling Cable.
2) Adopt Hilit gun to fix U channel steel (Channel) on wall face in 5.2 ~ 5.6m internal.
3) U channel steel clamp (Clamp) fixes Traveling Cable. (fix on guide rail side)
4) Fix Cable Hanger on wall face of middle position of hoistway (Travel Height / 2).

1) Fix Traveling Cable on Cable Hanger at middle position of hoistway.


(At position which is 450~500mm away from Hanger, conduct “U” wiring work; and adopt Cleat
to conduct fixing at 100mm position .)
2) Make rest Traveling Cable down to pit at lower part of hoistway, and conduct wiring work of lower
part of the car.
3) When conduct wiring work at pit position, although car mutually conflicts with ceiling on machine
room direction, please ensure sufficient distance to avoid wire cutting.

4) Conduct Traveling Cable wiring work at car side face, adopt Cable Cleat (2 pcs) to fix upper part and
lower part. (At this point, it should be prevented that Traveling Cable looses at car side face)

5) If Traveling Cable is superabundant, when conduct Cable Hanger wiring work at lower part of car,
adjust its length.

1) Prepare power wire 2mm, Cable Tie 200mm. Conduct wiring for coaxial Cable from hoistway
Cable Hanger.
2) Use power wire 2mm, 2~3mm space should be kept
around coaxial Cable, wind up for 2~2,5 times.
3) After item B) is finished, wind Traveling Cable for 3~4
times, and crimple it toward side face; adopt 2 Cable Ties
to seize it in diagonal way.
4) Keep Binding clearance within 1000~1500mm.

Keep 2~3mm space

4.2. Hall net cable wiring/wire connecting

Make HA, HB cable asy from machine room ceiling down to pit.

After determining foundation pit wiring, connect HA, HB housing on field panel.

[Hall net cable fixing methods]

1) From entrance side, after conducting hoistway wiring work in the order of IND/Button, Pit Light
and Pit S/W, final switch of lower part, adopt Cable Lock to fix U-Channel.
At this point, if traveling Cable is 50C, adopt U-Channel Clamp to fix it.
2) When conduct wire tying work on branch wire separated from the bus, clearance between branch
wires should be kept within 400~500mm.

-.The hoistway has one Hall net cable only; figure at right side is relevant figure about fixing mode for
hall net cable.

3) Fix other floors‟ IND & Button branch position at Landing Door Operator + 150mm position of this
floor.
4) If the lowest floor car is at level of the lowest floor, conduct branching from 1200~1300mm position
of upper part of the car, therefore, it is convenient to implement maintenance and inspection.

B) The 2nd Pit Switch position is within 900~1200mm from the pit bottom, and fix it at wall face of
vertical line of the 1st Pit Switch.

4.3.2. Oil buffer switch wiring/wire connecting

1) If speed is 90, 105 m/min, apply Oil Buffer on the Pit; at this point, Oil Buffer Switch
Cable should be adopted to conduct wiring.
2) Determine position and length of hose supplied by the factory according to Pit Size, and cut it.
3) Insert Cable into cut hose, and pass through Pit ground, and conduct wiring on wall face of hoistway
cable.

4.5.1. Wiring/wiring connecting of upper part of Car

1) Utilize tool box to conduct wiring for Manhole SW(ESS) Cable, Light Cable, Fan Cable on
upper part of the Car.
2) When conduct wiring, it should be prevented that workers or inspectors trample; and adopt
Cable Tie to conduct fastening.

It is forbidden to load more


than 260kg.

4.5.6 Safety shoe/Photo wiring/wire connecting

1) Adopt nuts (M8*15, 2*4 pcs) to assemble Safety Shoe on car door temporarily.
2) Taking Car door as standard, adjust inclination of Safety shoe within 0±1mm,
mutual length difference should be adjusted to be within 0±0.5mm, fastened with nuts.

3) Utilize stopper to adjust bulge distance and trip of Safety shoe.

1) If there is 1 groove, assemble it at the position which is 995mm away from lower end of door;
and if there are 2 grooves, assemble it at the position which is 195mm away from lower end of door.
2) Adjust mutual levelness of left-right side of light-transmitting and light-absorbing parts to be
within 0±2mm, and fasten the device.
3) If door is opened, determine whether photovoltaic device acts in the overall area.

[SW function description]

[PM Door controller setting methods]

1. When set dip switch of door control panel, the work must be conducted after cutting off the
power of tool box.
(after cutting off the power, 2 times of sound for relay closing will be emitted after several seconds)
2. When door learns, please keep door opening for about 10~20mm state.

3) After pressing auto-adjustment key (auto-adjustment) for 2 seconds, opening, closing and fault LED
will flash for 3 tims.
Note) if starting signal (LED) is on, parameters can not be initialized. If the condition can not be
avoided, for an instant of cutting off power supply, press testing and inspecting keys.
2. Door learning (initial learning about electric motor machine)
1) Cut off power supply of door driver.
2) Under the state of that there is no landing door, make car door open in state of opening for 10~20mm.
3) Set dip switch according to following figure.

4) Recovery power supply of door from tool box.
5) Press auto-adjustment button (auto-adjustment/No.32).
6) Waiting for 10 seconds, in this period, it opens for about 10~20mm, and close again.

3. Gate width self-learning


1) Cut off power of door driver.
2) Set Dip switch according to following figure.

3) Recovery power supply of Door driver.
4) Press auto-adjustment button (32).
5) Electric motor drives door machine. After opening the door, it will be stopped temporarily at opening
terminal; after closing the door, output will stop automatically. After that, door width is adjusted
completely.
6) Observe result of Auto-adjustment and utilize SVT to adjust door width to be P2.01, deformation
amount of tape is adjusted to be P2.05.
4. Testing
1) After beforehand learning is successful, press TEST button (31), door will open and close for 1 time
automatically.
(Firstly press TEST key, door will close, the closing LED will be on.)

If door opens, the turn-off LED will be on which indicating the direction is set wrong.
2) If the direction is wrong, SW1 could be used to change opening and closing direction of the door.
(if SW1 is opened, set SW1 to be OFF; if SW1 is closed, set SW1 to be ON)
3) When test operating mode and after utilizing SVT to set parameter P1.08 to be 1, press test key, and
door driver enters into test mode.
4) Determine parameter P1.02 and observe opening-closing times of the door.

5. Set Time
1) When door opens, utilize door acceleration time TR1 (33) to conduct setting.
2) When door closes, utilize door acceleration time TR2 (34) to conduct setting.
6. Set alarm
1) When close, utilize TR4 (36) or P5.03 to adjust stopping induction value.

7. Set Stall Torque


1) When close, adjust stopping moment of motor to be TR4. If it is adjusted to maximum level, the issue
can not be solved, please increase upper part limit for stall torque (P5.03) used for closing.
