(1) Additional lamps (flashlights) should be prepared for determining guide rail and wedge.
(2) Operate wedges with hand for several times, and by this, determine whether it could be
reset smoothly.
(3) Please determine that speed limiter rope clamp is fixed, and should not be fallen to rope
clamp direction.
(4) Draw the speed limiter lightly for about 20mm, (clearance between hitching bar and
stopper is about 2~3mm), fix plug used for preventing misoperation.
(5) After fixing, draw the rope downward; if it could be drawn, when it stops suddenly, wedge
will act, therefore, please take measures to prevent it from being drawn to move.

(7) For anti-misoperation to external interference, prevent force is 28kg, forced needed for
starting wedge block is about 30~35kg.
(8) Disassemble and assemble method of wedge
1) Disassemble cotter pin of hitching lever and hitching bar.
2) When dismantle hitching lever package and movable jaw’s locking screw (3mm
hexagon wrench), force caused by twisting spring will make operation rod be reset
downward; therefore, draw hitching lever package (about 30kgfcm) upward while
conduct dismantling. (Work for two sides should be conducted respectively)
3) Screw off covering screws, and dismantle roller sleeve.
4) Please dismantle jaw and roller package.
5) Assemble sequence and disassemble sequence are reverse.

(1) Lamp used for determining lower part should be prepared additionally (flashlight).
(2) If car floor and side board are not in horizontal and vertical state,
1) Screw off anti-vibration rubber, screw up bolts at anti-vibration rubber center lower end, and
lift the car up;
2) Insert the liner between anti-vibration rubber and base to adjust horizontality and verticality.
(3) Compression amount in anti-vibration rubber is great, which has the possibility of bursting, its
anti-vibration capability will be decreased greatly; therefore, it should be replaced.
(Before assembly, if compression amount in 48mm is over 15%, it should be replaced)

(2) Grasping abrasion state of guide shoe metal, if there is abrasion about front-back 1mm

(3) Please adjusting size of guide shoe is on “X” direction, 1.0~1.5mm, “Y” direction 6±1mm.
(Design size between guide shoe end and guide rail surface is 100mm). If it is sensitive
to load inside car, please determine the seam (X direction) between guide rail end and
guide shoe is 100±1mm, and determine whether guide shoe’s pressure on guide rail is
32kgfcm.
(4) Seam from center of fixing hole of guide shoe to guide rail (front face) is 60mm.
(Assembly should be conducted under the state that guide shoe contacts with guide rail
slightly).
(5) If socket bolt contacts with car bottom mutually, there may be noise in high-speed
running (please refer to “3.4.6 Guide shoe (upper part)” item on page 113 in this manual).

(2) Determine whether natural bending radius of the chain is kept within 230~280mm (Φ8)

(3) If chains inside coated chain are broken, chains should be replaced immediately; if
manila core (thin) looses, it will cause that the lowest chain has friction noise in high-
speed running.
(4) When stops at the lowest floor, there should be chain guide rod (assembled at lower part
of the pit) assembled at the center of curve part of the chain. If overrun the center, please
move the car and chain fixing part of counterweight device, and adjust interval of outside
walls of the car and position of guide rod.
(5) If the chain is not kept to be natural curve, it may cause that counterweight device
conflicts with the buffer, therefore, please determine winding of chain and conduct
unwinding. Methods for unwinding are:
1) Make the car stop at the lowest floor, and loosen chain fixing part on car side.
2) Hang it on chain of counterweight device, conduct unwinding.
3) It should be paid much attention to that there should be no rewinding, please
reconnect end of chain with one side of the car.
