when conduct inspection, relative components about landing door should be inspected
and adjusting work should be executed.

part is fixed completely in eyes, however, when adopt forcefully push or pull one side
door toward left or right, deformation (movement) may occur sometimes. At this point,
please inspect bolts of door and hanger and bolts fixed in horizontal direction on its
hanger, and fasten those bolts.
(3) When check fixing part of door interlock, please adopt tools to fasten it (determine
whether it is relaxed).
(4) Please determine gap (73mm) between landing guide rail and car door sill.
(5) Determine whether deviation of car sill center and car door rail center is within±1mm.
1) Center marking point of car door frame → mark it on frame by marking line
2) Center marking point of landing door frame → in 3 fix screws with caps, the middle
one is center point.
(6) Please determine vertical deviation between position which is 43mm away from landing
door sill end to landing door guide rail face is within±1mm to determine verticality of the
frame.
(7) Please determine whether gap between slide-way roller and lower end of guide rail is wit
hin 0.2~0.5mm.
3.6.1.2 Hanger
(1) Under the condition that door clamp (connecting bolt) assembled on hanger and door
connecting part flap-door is not fastened completely (more than 215kgfcm, about
200mm long wrench’s fastening), if door acts normally, no problem occurs; however, it
may crack in forceful condition (if the door can not be closed or forcefully baffled to be
closed because there is foreign matter in sill groove).
(2) Considering maintenance, adopt bolts to fix hanger roller; therefore, please determine
whether bolts are relaxed.
(3) When adjust roller (slide-way roller) at bottom of hanger assembled at bottom of door gui
de rail, please keep clearance between roller and guide rail is 0.2~0.5mm.
3.6.1.3 Door rail
(1) Please determine fastening state of fixing bolt of guide rail.
(2) Adopt proper tool to remove dust or contaminant on guide rail surface.
(3) If the rail surface rusts or is damaged, please apply fine sand paper (more than #
800), remove rust and dust on the surface.
3.6.1.4 Connecting rope of hanger
(1) When adjust connecting rope of hanger, under the condition that door is closed, keep ten
sion spring size is 20mm (if tension force is great, action of door may be out of line).

(2) If there are 20 damaged parts on each 10cm connecting rope, please replace it. Howeve
r, when inspect the rope, if there is 5 damaged parts found on the rope, it could be replac
ed as well.
(3) Please determine whether D-Nut used for adjusting tension is relaxed, whether handling
state of rope end (gap-filling falling) deforms. (If use in long term, cracks may occurs for r
epeat fatigue.)
(4) Please determine whether fixing bracket of rope is relaxed. (At this point, it is possible th
at the door can not be started at the same time.)
3.6.1.5 Door closer spring
(1) Determine whether fixing part of spring cracks by observing with naked eyes or knocking
sound.
(2) Please determine whether landing door closes relying on its own force.
3.6.1.6 Door & window jamb
(1) Please determine whether it is made to be swaying caused by that fixing part of
door & window jamb relaxes.
3.6.1.7 Sill
(1) Please clean foreign matters in sill groove.
(2) After inspecting abrasion degree of sill groove, if abrasion degree of initial groove width is
more than 12mm--3mm, please replace it.
(3) When use is for a long term, for reasons that adopt water to conduct cleaning, it is
possible that seam occurs between ground and sill, thus, conflict with guide shoe may
occur.
(4) Please determine sill horizontality (front-back: 0±1mm, left-right: ±1.5mm in EW).
(5) If the distance for that door guide shoe enters into sill groove is not up to 10~12mm,
please adjust joint part between door and hanger, and adjust the door downward.
3.6.1.8 Manual opening rope
(1) Please determine whether it could be started with manual opening key from outside and
whether fixing part is loosened.
(2) Please determine fixing state of opening rope. Please determine whether conflict caused
by that it is loosened too greatly in elevator running process; and whether opening-closing
action is baffled by that it is too tight.
3.6.1.9 Door interlock (Interlock Asy.)
(1) Under the state that the door is closed completely, left-right and up-down clearance
between door interlock hook and latch is 3±0.5mm.

(2) Please determine whether door interlock and hook have conflict caused by shifting of
fixing shaft of interlock roller.
(3) Please adjust door interlock and hook according to following figure.
(4) When adjust door switch contact point, if over travel is not ensured, running travel door of
elevator vibrates or external force occurs at door surface. At this point, sudden stop
occurs accidentally, and the condition brings about that it is difficult to maintain.
(5) Under the state of low-speed running and not unblocking, when manually and forcefully
pull aside door interlock to determine opening state of door, elevator should not stop.

(1) Please determine whether vertical gap of rollers is too large.
(2) Please determine whether there is crack or imprint on roller surface.
3.6.1.11 Fascia Plates
If elevator stops at the position between floor and floor, there is safety device used for
preventing passengers from falling from the space between elevator and building wall face in
escaping process, therefore, please determine whether safety device is fixed firmly.

whether over travel of contact point is enough. If over travel of contact point is not
enough, when elevator operates, no-good contact will occur for vibration, therefore, the
car may stop suddenly.
(6) Please determine whether terminal in switch box is loosened or whether there is foreign

it and building. If the clearance is not kept within this range and it used for a long term,
friction will be broken because friction between tail cord and car.
(2) Please determine whether there is protruded matter in hoistway. If there is, please
remove it; and inspection should be conducted in pit under the car bottom.

(4) Please determine whether connecting socket part of electric wire is affected with damp,
and solve the problem. Take measures to prevent water drop penetrating, keeping it
flows smoothly (socket direction).
(5) When displace CCTV electric wire, its electric wire specification is very important. If
single wire is adopted, the line can not be used for a long term even though wiring is
conducted in any mode. Electric wire with core should be 19 strands/0.18mm stranded
cable, but not single wire.
(6) Please determine wiring state of CCTV electric wire, if there is abnormal condition,
please correct it.
