1. Machine installation
1.1. Installation of rail sock and isolation rubber
a. Before bedplate installation, assemble the rail sock, isolation rubber and
Shims(liners) at top of rail.

1. Height of 3 top guiderails must be less than 5mm

2. In case cut rail is used for top rail, the top protuberant part
must be grinded
3. Adjust horizontal level exactly for 3 of socks. If required,

apply shims at rear of rail
4. The shims thickness for isolation rubber adjustment must
be over 100mm. ( Maximum 227mm)

1.2. Sliding table for machine setting

a. Install a sliding table on the cross
head of temporary running platform
to hoist a machine

Tool Kit: Sliding table

Drawing No : FAA27GR1

Use full body harness, and

connect life line.

1.3. Installation of bed plate

a. Bring the bed plate in the hoistway by winch. (The first position : top floor-1)

b. Assemble the shim(liners) and cushion rubber to adjust horizontal level of bed plate
c. Adjust the bed plate exactly.

1.4. Installation of termination (Machine)

a. Assemble the termination at machine side.
b. If the termination would be assembled after machine setting, the work is difficult.
c. Termination of machine side is blue color and Car DEH side is yellow color.
d. The terminations level of machine side must be adjusted all same. (Classify the
machine side and car side termination, their length are different each other)

1.5. Machine installation

a. Hoist machine by winch and put down on the sliding table. (Machine load: 382kg)

Be careful not to fall down to hoistway when machine is pulled into Hoistway
by rope. The machine must be placed down on the sliding table with safe.

1. After machine is set on the sliding table, operate Temporary Running

Caution platform with same speed of machine hoisting winch. While machine is
hoisting, rope must not be slacked to prevent fall accident.
2. The brake side must be positioned to hall entrance direction.

ƒ Apply high strength adhesive (LOCTITE 243 only) on machine

Caution bolts (3EA) surely and use them to assemble machine (use only
specified part)

ƒ Apply shims (liners) at bottom of machine more
