Pre-Signals: telling you something is wrong before it is wrong (e.g.,

• Prepare for eventualities and consider potential problem areas before
problems occur in these areas.
• Anticipate future opportunities and develop plans how to act on future
opportunities (see SWOT-analysis in next session).
• Develop back-up plans (plan B) for problems or barriers that might
occur.
