Autobiography, Part 2, The Later Years

On the Mountain

In Part 1, I write of how it all began. In Part 2, I write of where it all went.
I am reporting what I have found as results of my explorations in the course of my
efforts to reach enlightenment. In the same way as Columbus started with a theory
that the world was a sphere, I did start with the theory that there was something to
what all the Great Mystics say (Jesus, Buddha, Krishna [Hinduism], Lao Tse [Taoism],
the Sufis, Gurdjieff, Ramana Maharshi, Zen masters; too many to list). They all say that
there is something wondrous beyond this reality, a Divine Creator Power that is the
source of all that exists, including humanity; and that we can return to It. I have
confirmed that in the only way possible, personal experience; and I wish to share with
you how you can do so.
—————————————————————————————————
I routinely operate in realities and experiences beyond the perception horizon of
most humans. I have transcended my human identity and live in the experience of
being an immortal spiritual being. I perceive and communicate with Essence. I engage
in multidimensional travel outside of the Matrix, telepathy with spiritual guides, visit
the gods of evil, have experiences not only of human past lives, but of existences as a
big spiritual being long before I ever became human. I am doing all possible to make
this my last incarnation as a human being.
I know that saying such things will seem preposterous to many people and I am sure to
catch a lot of incredulity, invalidations and attacks. I don’t care; I am going to tell it
like it is for those who are interested in these experiences. I don’t claim to be special
or different from anybody else; on the contrary I am quite ordinary. Anyone can
achieve these experiences if they are willing to do the work; we are all similar
beings and we all come from Essence, from the One Supreme Being who is the only
thing that really exists. I am here to teach those who want such experiences how to
achieve them; and anyone who does not, I have no business with. If someone can’t
handle my realities, it’s their problem. Nor will I argue or defend my experiences and
knowledge. The only way to prove or disprove what I say is for the interested party to
follow the protocols in Essentiality and scientifically test replicability.
————————————————————————————————————-
In 1853, in England, Richard Maurice Bucke, age 36, was driving his carriage home from
an evening with friends when Essence reached out and touched him. Here is his
account of the event taken from his book Cosmic Consciousness (1898). He is writing of
himself in the third person:
He was in a state of quiet, almost passive enjoyment. All at once, without warning of
any kind, he found himself wrapped around as it were by a flame-coloured cloud. For an
instant he thought of fire, some sudden conflagration in the great city; the next, he knew
that the light was within himself.
Directly afterward came upon him a sense of exultation, of immense joyousness
accompanied or immediately followed by an intellectual illumination quite impossible
to describe. Into his brain streamed one momentary lightning—flash of the Brahmic
Splendor which has ever since lightened his life; upon his heart fell one drop of Brahmic
Bliss, leaving thenceforward for always an aftertaste of heaven.
Among other things he did not come to believe, he saw and knew that the Cosmos is not
dead matter but a living Presence, that the soul of man is immortal, that the universe is
so built and ordered that without any peradventure all things work together for the good
of each and all, that the foundation principle of the world is what we call love, and that
the happiness of everyone in the long run is absolutely certain.
He claims that he learned more within the few seconds during which the illumination
lasted than in previous months or even years of study and that he learned much that no
study could ever have taught.
I read that book when I was in my mid-20s. It started me on a lifetime search to
understand such experiences with the ultimate goal of achieving them. I have not only
succeeded for myself, but also for others who are seeking spiritual enlightenment.
After 40 years of research and effort, I live in my spiritual being free of the illusion of
being only human; and I can experience Essence, the Divinity, at will. With just a flicker
of my attention and will to open my being, I am flooded with the Presence, with Love
and Joy. I can also let in Power and use it to manifest what I wish to experience. Every
day I do my meditations and processes and every day the contact grows stronger. My
mission in life is to leave a scientific path, Essentiality, by which others can do the
same.
Here I relate a composite of over 400 experiences through which I was taught
Essentiality and the Being Transformation Technology. Many of these experiences
were outside of the Matrix, in other dimensions or in Essence Herself. (As I explain in
the book Essentiality I, our world is very much like the world in the movie, The
Matrix.) There is nothing special about me; anyone willing to devote time and
energy to their spirituality can do the same and all my advanced students (60+ in 2019)
have similar experiences.

A Composite of Mycal’s Experiences and Training in Essentiality

Richard Maurice Bucke published his book, Cosmic Consciousness, one of the two
books that inspired my spiritual journey, in 1898. What I relate here takes place in the
mountains from 1984 to 1995 and then again from 2012 to 2020 but in a city.
I am in a rustic cabin 9000 feet in the mountains. As usual this high in the
mountains, it is cold and windy. Not yet freezing this early in the evening, but there
will be frost on the ground in the morning. The cabin I have constructed of hand-sewn
pine planks purchased from the local people. Over the years, the planks have dried out,
shrunk and curled so that there are gaps between them, some as wide as a finger. They
are not only no barrier to the cold but the wind whooshes and whistles through them.
The shack is centered around and nailed to a large pine tree, about ten feet in
circumference. Although thick and sturdy, the tree is tall, perhaps 100 feet, and the
wind sways it such that the entire structure constantly creaks like an old schooner at
sea. The cabin is home to a variety of the small wildlife: there are dozens of spiders of
various species, assorted flying and crawling bugs, a numerous family of mice, and I
have even seen a small snake wiggle through. We all get along well.
(As I write these words 20 years later, my eyes tear up and my throat chokes with the
memories and the love I have for that place and all that happened there. There is no
happier place in the world and I would not have traded that cabin for all the palaces on
the planet.)
The sun is setting and the darkness means it is time to begin. My bed consists of
three pine planks each about 12 inches wide laid side by side. One end of each is nailed
to the wall of the shack and the other to a crossbeam with legs in the middle of the
room. Serving as a mattress is a two-inch thick piece of foam, now well-worn and
compressed down the middle from sleeping on it so many nights. I have been coming
about once a month for years and staying for up to two weeks at a time.
I have done the set-up many times and now have a well-developed system. I first
create what I call my throne, a seat for meditation. I carefully fold a blanket and place
it on the foam right at the wall. On top of the blanket, I place a pillow. I nudge and pat
it into position, making sure it is even and without lumps. I then sit on the pillow in the
half-lotus position and insert another pillow in the hollow between my back and the
wall. I spend several minutes testing my throne and making sure it is just right. I am
going to spend at least five hours seated there and I must do so without movement,
and without distractions from my body. During my first year or so of meditation, my
body always seemed to attack me with little pains and itches as if it were trying to
distract me or get me to move to alleviate them. The only way to master them is, as
far as I know, to ignore them. If you give in and move in any way, they will be with you
forever and you will never get very far in meditation.
The throne must be the correct height and width, with my butt five inches above
the foam base, allowing my crossed legs to rest in front and below on the foam. My
body must enter and remain in a super relaxed state, which would be damaged by any
need to move, even to slightly adjust my position. My back must be straight, held just
off the wall by the second pillow. The whole seating arrangement must be level so as
not to unbalance my weight to either side as that would eventually induce muscular
tension. Experience has taught me to make sure I get it right at the beginning.
I drink a half liter of water, all that I can comfortably hold; and then fill up a gallon
jug with water from my buckets. The buckets I filled in the afternoon from a spring
about 100 yards from the cabin. I can see in the light of my lantern that the wind
blowing through the cracks in the walls and across the dirt floor has deposited a fine
sheen of dust on the surface of the water. However, I don’t care and make no effort to
avoid the dirt getting into the jug. I place the filled jug on a shelf just to the right of
the bed and at same height as my head when seated on the throne. It must be the
same height so that the water does not require much suction force to drink nor will it
siphon out. I stick one end of a 4-foot long plastic tube down into the bottom of the
jug, tape it to stay there, and then check the adjustment of the wire frame that goes
around my neck and holds the other end in front of my mouth. Over the five to six
hours process, I will drink the entire gallon as my body will enter a self-purification
state and demand water.
Satisfied that all is in order with the intake system, I hang the wire frame on its
nail and turn my attention to the exhaust system; what goes in, must come out. My
“exhaust tube” is a funnel made by cutting off the top of a plastic water bottle and
taping it to a garden hose. The garden hose runs across the bed, down to the floor,
under the wall of the shack and out to the latrine about 10 yards behind the cabin.
Standing beside the bed, I now urinate into it both to test that the tube is not blocked
by dirt or bugs, and to be empty-bladder as I begin.
I take off my jacket, blue jeans, and socks, but leave my T-shirt and boxer shorts.
The socks have elastic bands and experience has taught me that these can become
restrictive, uncomfortable and be a distraction. I put on loose, thick socks for warmth
and tuck my T-shirt inside the elastic of my boxers to stop its elastic from becoming
uncomfortable. I put on a light, fluffy ski-jacket. I then place a sleeping bag and two
more blankets on the bed in front of the throne. I put a lighted LED clock on the foot
end of the bed positioned so that I will be able to see it just by opening an eye. Most
of the time, I will not care about time, but there are two stages where I must time
myself. One last look around; everything seems ready.
I climb on the bed, sit on the throne and cross my legs into the half lotus position.
(I have experimented with many positions for meditation but have found that the
traditional half-lotus is the best for me.) I insert the second pillow behind my back and
wiggle a bit until everything sets in comfortably. I feed the exhaust hose underneath
my crossed legs, put my penis in the funnel; make sure the funnel is angled adequately
upright, and that the tube is not pinched underneath my legs. If I don't get it all exactly
right, I will get urine spilling out over the bed. My crossed legs over the top of the tube
will hold it in place.
I take the wireframe of the water tube off its nail and put it around my neck. This
puts the tube immediately in front of my mouth and in reach of my lips. I suck on the
tube to make sure the water comes easily—and stops when I do; I don’t want the water
siphoning down my chest. A last check of the exhaust tube; and I am ready to seal up.
I pull the first blanket around me overlapping the ends in front, Indian style, and
make sure it is tucked under both knees and feet (so that there are no cold air leaks).
Next comes the fluffy sleeping bag and then the last blanket, creating a sandwich of
the sleeping bag. These layers will keep me warm until I reach the heat-generating
stage when I will need to cool by dropping one or more of the covers from my
shoulders. I know from experience that it takes about two hours to reach the energy
level where I will generate heat.
Step 1: Body. I interlace my fingers in my lap. I close my eyes, turn off my mind and
center my attention into my consciousness and focus my attention on my body. My
body must be in an upright, balanced and stable position that I can maintain with no
attention, effort, tension, pain or movement for up to six hours. Body relaxation is
extremely important in all internal work because any muscular tension blocks both the
perception and the flow of energy. I do an experiential check of my body and physical
sensations to make sure there are no points of strain or discomfort. All clear of strains,
I begin a detailed and conscious relaxation of my body, part by part. Spirituality (as
does everything) requires energy and being able to move energy. In the latter, high-
intensity phase of meditation, a single movement of my body or mind, even a
deviation into thought for as little as a few seconds, will cost me ten minutes of
energization to recuperate the energy level. When I first started spiritual energy work,
achieving a state of adequate body relaxation would take at least half an hour, but
now with years of daily practice, ten minutes is enough.
Step 2: Emotions. I now turn my attention to my emotional energy field. I take an
experiential inventory looking for any negative emotions: anger, anxiety, fear, sadness,
etc. Emotions energize and perturb the mind activating it and making it more difficult
to control. Mind, however useful for handling the external, physical universe, is a pest
in meditation and mysticism. If any emotions are too present in my experience to
ignore, I will discharge the energy and clear my experience of them now. However, I
am serene except for my general excitement about tonight’s session and what I will
experience and learn. I will deliberately go into masses of strong negative emotions
later in the session, but for the moment, my emotional energy field is clean. (In 2017,
I achieved permanent freedom from all negative emotions.)
Step 3 - Mind. I move to the next stage of my preparations for launch into mystical
space, handling the mind field. There is no such thing as a mind; there is only our being
and our thought-creations. Our being is aware-will, the creator and experimenter of
thoughts. Thoughts are things, non-physical energy realities, objects formed of
energy, just as are objects in the physical universe (such as rocks, trees, bodies, and
furniture). Just as we have an external world of physical objects, so too do we have an
internal world of thought realities. The “mind” is our instrument of survival and power
in the physical universe, but when we want to go beyond the physical universe into
spirituality, it is an obstacle. It sucks our attention and consumes the conscious energy
we need to penetrate beyond the veil of maya[1], the illusion that is the Creation.
I must stop my thoughts and get out of mind and into my being, into my
experience of myself as aware-will. This is the first goal in meditation, to stay out of
thought. Meditation is the one disciplines common to almost all mystical traditions
and schools—and for good reason. Controlling your attention energy and keeping it
out of mind so you can feed that energy back into consciousness is a most basic skill
for mysticism.
Accumulating energy is the name of the game in life and in mysticism. Energy is
life, love and happiness; it is the fuel of spirit; it is Essence, God. The more spiritual
energy we have, the stronger our will and consciousness. The more energy we have,
more easily can we discreate the cocoon of energy that surrounds our being and
generates for us the illusion of being only a human being. The more energy we have,
the more easily that we can ease out of the shell of energy that generates our human
identity and soar up through the dimensions of the Creation to embrace our Essence[2].
Energy is also power: the more energy we have, the more powerfully we can manifest
what we wish to experience on Earth. Emotions consume energy, especially the
negative ones (anger, fear, anxiety, resentment, guilt, grief, depression, etc.).
Thought consumes energy, especially negative thoughts like opinions, invalidations,
judgements, criticism, resistance and rejections. A body out of condition and full of
noxious chemicals (from junk food, contaminated air, etc.) also wastes energy. For
mystical explorations, we must optimize all our fields of energy.
I am now ready for power-up, to begin to generate and accumulate the energy I
need to propel me out of the physical universe. Just as rockets operate with multiple
stages of engines, I will use multiple stages of energization to boost myself into
dimensions beyond our normal human perception. Each stage of energization provides
the seed energy for the next stage, and each new stage provides an order of magnitude
of energy above the previous stage.
Stage 1. The first stage of energization is to take the conscious energy that I (and
all humans) normally dissipate into both our psycanic universe and our physical
universe and loop it back into consciousness. As intention is a ray of will, attention is a
ray of consciousness, of awareness. We can focus the ray of our attention on whatever
we wish, the external world, our emotions, our thoughts, but to go within we must
focus it on our being, on the aware-will entity we are. So, I ignore thoughts and hold
my attention onto the center from which my attention emanates. This puts my
conscious energy in a feedback loop, channeling my awareness energy back into my
consciousness, into my being. I took several years of daily meditation before I could
truly stay out of thought for long periods of time.
I meditated for several years and progressed through many stages before I began
to understand how energy works and therefore how to meditate effectively. I
eventually learned that all the time I am thinking, I am consuming energy; and that all
the time that I am not thinking but are focused consciousness on consciousness, I am
accumulating energy. That accumulation occurs over months and years, as well as from
the beginning of each session of meditation. Meditation enables us to accumulate life
energy by shutting down the flow of our conscious energy to our two external
universes of mind and matter, and redirecting that flow back into Self.
In sleep, our spirit leaves the physical universe and recharges with energy. With
our spiritual energy batteries charged, we then awaken within the multiple illusions of
the physical universe, our body, and our human identity (avatar). During the day we
either use well or waste that energy according to how we control our attention, our
thoughts, our emotions and our actions. All the time we are attending to our external
worlds, we are consuming life energy. At the end of the day, our energy is low, we are
tired. Again, we check out of maya and return to Essence to recharge our conscious
energy. We do this each night for about three hours during sleep, at the same time
that our body heals and recharges physically. With enough meditation, it is possible to
remain conscious when we leave maya, an experience known as Samadhi.
For mysticism, energy and control of energy are the keys. I need energy, lots of
energy, to leave my body and the physical universe. I will need even more for Samadhi,
which is the ecstasy of union with the Infinite Source of everything from which we all
come.
All externals: body, mind and emotions handled, I settle down into my
energization procedure and stabilize my control and focus of my attention. As a result
of years of meditation and therefore of energy accumulation, I soon can feel a spot in
the upper center of my head tingling. The energy also empowers my will, and I use my
will to move even more energy. This creates a feedback loop of energization. I also
open my being and pull in energy from the universe and from Essence. This is free
energy for the taking and it is so much I can feel shivers and chills of energy through
my whole body. I can also feel Essence, Infinite Love and Joy, the only happiness that
exists. I say hello and feel Her response. She is perfectly aware of me as She is for
everything that exists all the time, for She is that everything. (As I write this, I open and
make contact; what once took me hours, I can now do at will and instantly.)
After 20 minutes or so, I am quite energized and feeling very pleasant, much like
the afterglow of a sexual orgasm. To be able to get to that level of energization in only
20 minutes has taken me three years of accumulation in meditation. I started with two
sessions of 20 minutes a day (morning and night); and increased about 1 minute per
month until I was doing two sessions a day of 1.5 hours. Initially, I could reach this
afterglow level of energy only at the end of the 1.5-hour periods. Eventually, my
accumulated, permanent energy state was such that I could do it in 10 minutes.
Our energy builds up in our being not only in each meditation, but also
accumulates in our being over time when we maintain a steady discipline of
meditation. Each session of meditation builds on the previous level of energy achieved.
The constancy of meditation proved to be very important. If I missed one day of
meditation, the energy increase plateaued. If I missed two days, my level declined and
it would require the next day’s energy just to get back to the plateau. If I missed three
days in a row (as I sometimes did when I had to travel and give seminars), it would take
several days to get back to where I was. After reaching two periods of 1.5 hours a day,
I changed to one session of two hours per day and could eventually reach the afterglow
level in only 10 minutes.
I take a “pit stop” and suck in about a half liter of water, all I can comfortably
hold. The high energy makes my body enter a natural purification and healing process.
In the first part of this process, my body absorbs water like a sponge and I must keep it
supplied. It takes a couple of hours before it all starts to come out so I do not need to
urinate yet. At this early stage, the energy cost of my deviation of attention is not yet
super-critical, but I still do it with as little time, attention, and movement as possible.
All the time I am focused outside of my Self, I am consuming and lowering my energy
level instead of accumulating and increasing it.
When I first started generating significant energy, my body was not purified
sufficiently. The result was that energy “burnt” me inside, quite unpleasantly, like a
sunburn throughout the interior of my body. However, that burning period lasted only
a few months, as the purification processes I had been following for a year finally gave
fruit. My purification and toning regimen included yoga, running, high doses of niacin,
sweat lodges, at least two liters of water a day, and a vegetarian diet as free of food
additives as possible.
Stage 2: The more energy I have, the more energy I have to work with and the
more energy I can move. At the level of the orgasm afterglow, I have sufficient energy
to proceed to stage two. This stage I call, affectionately, “ugly time.” Deliberately, I
am going to activate as much negative energy, as much of the Essence suppressor mass,
the cocoon, as I can. The suppressor mass is a shell of dense and often negative energy
that surrounds our being and blocks us from perceiving Who We Really Are, Infinite
Essence. It also acts upon our consciousness-being to produce for us the illusion of
being only a human being. I want to use the high energy levels of my meditation to
discharge as much negative energy as I can. Of course, I do negative energy discharge
every day for at least an hour, but I don’t have anywhere near these 5-hour levels of
energy so I can’t move anywhere near as much energy. The discreation of the Essence
suppressor mass is one of the main keys to Enlightenment.
The activation of all that negative energy will be unpleasant, and will also tend to
drive my mind wild, like a monkey in a cage on a hot stove. One of the purposes of the
mind is to save us from suffering. It does this by seducing us into thinking and therefore
out of feeling; we run to mind to avoid feeling. However, by experiencing the negative
energy instead of avoiding, we can liberate it from our being permanently. That
eventually frees us from the illusion of human identity and we recover not only the
experience of our spiritual identity (psycan) but also perception and communication
with Essence.
Working with negative energy is very much like a workout at the gym. We set
goals of either how long or how many repetitions we are going to do, and we want to
always be pushing our limits. By activating as much negative energy as I can for a set
time, this exercise also strengthens my will and expands the limits of my capacity to
handle ever more negative energy. I have set a period of one hour for this stage.
Because my sense of time will be distorted, and because I will naturally want to turn
away from the negative energy, I use a clock to make sure I do the full hour. Without
the clock, I could too easily overestimate the time spent and terminate the process
early; pain makes time seem to drag.
I open an eye and note the time. I close my eyes and begin the process by
increasing my intention, my will, to penetrate, to discover in experience (feeling), not
in thought (memory, analysis, calculation, understanding, etc.) Who I Am. Because of
the principle of a creation activating counter-realities, this activates my realities
suppressing the experience of Who I Am. All the negative emotions boil up. Fear,
anxiety, self-loathing and hate, and a profound sorrow, all are there. I could take any
of them to work on, but I single out a rich combination of self-rage, self-loathing and
self-hate knowing these are direct, polar opposites to Love. Even though Truth is Love
and our anti-love to self is illusion, it is still a reality within the Creation and we must
free ourselves of it. The best way to do this that I have found is a combination of
meditation and liberation by experiencing the energy which discharges it. The laws
are: Experienced experience disappears. Resistance causes persistence. We normally live
in resistance and avoidance of our negative experience. The way to liberation is
through embracing it.
As I go into negative energy discharge mode by allowing myself to feel the
emotions as completely as possible, I do not completely switch from meditation mode,
but do have to reduce my intensity of focus . I push the limits of my capacity to open
to and handle negative energy, to feel the negatives. Pushing my limits grows my will
and ability to handle ever more negative energy and thus accelerating my spiritual
progress. Enlightenment requires freeing ourselves of negative energy that suppresses
the spiritual Truth of Who We Are. As are most spiritual phenomena, energy and life
itself are polarities. Serious spiritual power requires being able to handle both sides
(positive and negative) equally well. (How successful would a tennis player be if he has
only a forehand and no backhand, or a pianist if she only plays with one hand?)
Negative energy floods into my consciousness faster than I can experience it out
and I “mass up.” I feel pressures and mass in my head. My jaws are so tense that they
hurt, my cheeks are slightly puckered; and aches and pains appear throughout my
body. On the spectrum of “rock” to “jello,” a measure of how emotionally sensitive a
person is, I am well over on the rock side. To deal with the excessive energy coming in,
I switch from only feeling the energy to also just flowing it through my body and out
my feet.
Several times, I open an eye to check the clock. On the last check I see that I am
over the hour by a couple of minutes. End of ugly time. Pit stop: intake water, output
urine.
I have a lot of psycanic mass broken up and activated around me. Imagine that
you are buried in rock under a mountain and you have a hammer and chisel to break
up the rock and work your way out. That is more or less how we are as human beings:
it takes a lot of mass to reduce our consciousness from our Divine Infinity down to that
of a human being. Because we are at the top of the food chain on earth, we tend to
think that the human level of consciousness is top dog. It‘s not; on the cosmic scale of
being, we are near the bottom, closer to ants than to God. Of course, that reduction
is artificial; is an illusion; the Truth is that we are always the One. My teachers always
call me on this: if I start talking about big and small beings, they always correct me to
“levels” of being. There are no big or little beings. We are all the One; there is only our
degree of consciousness, of experience, of Who We Are. Which reminds of another
thing about consciousness. There are many scientists looking for the origin and the
ubication of consciousness. What is it? Where does it come from? Is it a property of
matter? Is it a chemical process? Does it form in the brain? I can answer these
questions: Consciousness is a priori: before everything else. Consciousness is one of the
13 Characteristics of Essence. It is before matter; Consciousness is the creator of
matter. Matter comes from consciousness, never consciousness from matter. But I
digress; back to the session.
I spend about 10 minutes clearing my space of emotions and masses activated but
not discharged, stabilizing and re-centering myself and recovering my energy level.
After maybe 10 minutes, I am ready for the next stage.
Stage 3. I give myself a key instruction: “Open“ to open my being. Specifically, I
“Open to Essence.” Opening cannot be understood with the mind; and even trying to
do so will interfere with the process. Our being knows what opening is and how to do
it. As I open, I change my focus of attention from single-pointedness to expanding
consciousness out into the non-physical space around me. I open to Essence with the
intention to let Her into my being as the same time that I integrate with Her. I can feel
Her; I am flooded with positive energy, with Presence and Love. She knows perfectly
well what I am about; She has been awaiting me.
I let Her in; I let myself be Loved, to be “Essenced.” I am inundated by Her
Presence and the richest experience that exists, the 13 Characteristics of Essence. The
ones I can feel best are Wisdom, Immensity, Power, Love, Joy, Peace, Perfection—and
Home. All that I want in life is to go Home. Tears of joy and gratitude and celebration
of finding Home again. (Now, years later, I have the Experience available all the time,
but in that period of my life, the mountain, I could only feel Her in high energy
meditations.) I remember a saying in mysticism: “For those who have had no
experience, no explanation is possible. For those who have had the experience, none
is needed.” There are no words for the grandeur of the experience. Essence is what
we all really seek, the only real happiness that exists.
Where before I had to experience negative energy to liberate it, Love just dissolves
negative mass, washes it away. I show Her pain and She washes it away; another way
to free myself of mass. All the while, I am energizing more for the next stage. She is
giving me free energy and of the highest quality: pure Love. By free, I mean that I do
not have to do anything for it, work for it; it is a gift; it is God helping me, carrying me
Home.
I take the last opportunity for a cheap pit stop (low energy lost cost). I take on as
much water as I can and empty my bladder.
Stage 4. I am ready to initiate the fourth stage of tonight's adventure. My
ultimate purpose is to break out of the physical universe and pass through all the
intervening dimensions to integrate with Essence, with the Totality of Me (of Us All),
to lose my individuality and become the All. For that, I need lots of energy. I must
become absolutely still. Physical stillness is easy; mental stillness is more difficult, but
the most difficult of all is stillness of attention. I must focus on my being on my being
with unwavering attention. The process is delicate; the control of attention critical.
When I first started meditation, I likened this experience of maintaining attention on
attention to trying to pick up mercury with my fingers. Any deviation of my attention
from the target point, my center of being from which attention emanates, will
immediately begin a decrease in energy, like air escaping from a balloon. If I deviate
into thought (or any external focus of attention), I will have to use time to recuperate
that energy instead of maintaining a steady increase in my energy level. Physical
movement of any kind, even a tension in the body, even a distraction of attention to
my body or the physical universe, would be even more costly. Therefore, my control of
will and attention must be rock steady to maintain a continuous increase in energy.
A phrase from the Bible always comes to me in this phase: “Be still and know that
I am God.” I have to be so “still” that time itself stops. Time is change or movement;
where there is no change, there is no time. We measure time by movement, whether
of the sun, the earth or the moon, or the hands of a clock, or the vibrations of atoms.
Stillness means no movement, no change, of anything including of attention itself.
When there is no change, no movement; when there is absolute stillness, there is no
time and we enter Eternity. Eternity is not a long time; it is the Eternal Present, the
Eternal Here and Now, in which the illusion of time does not exist. Essence is to be
found only in the Eternal Perfect Present; never in time, never in mind.
With the inundation of Love from Essence, I am in a considerably higher energy
state than when I started the ugly process. The more energy that I have, the easier it is
to stay out of mind, and the more energy I have to feedback into my consciousness,
and that gives me even more energy. I return to intense concentration on my being,
to the place of “I am’” before all thought. Eventually—I now have no sense of time—
there begins a very sensible, globular cloud of energy around my head, ever more
pleasant. I maintain concentration. As I maintain focus on my being, the globe of
energy becomes smaller and more intense. I energize it with will and it continues to
shrink in size and become more intense.
Hot. My body has become uncomfortably hot and I am sweating. This is expected
and planned for. The edges of the blankets are at my fingertips; with minimum
movement, I pull them down to slide off my shoulders, exposing my jacket to the night
air. The night is now quite cold, although the wind has died down. My shoulders will
now act as a radiator to cool me down. I remember reading in books on Tibetan
mysticism how monks would meditate naked outside in the Himalayas and the snow
would melt around them, but it never occurred to me that anything like that would
ever happen to me.
I continue to concentrate. The diffuse sphere of energy around my head continues
to contract and increase in intensity. If you have ever seen a carbon arc light slowly
ignite, going from the initial cool red to white hot, the experience feels something like
that looks. It eventually becomes a very, very sensible, highly energized, single point
in the very top of my head—and very pleasurable.
The diffuse globe of energy is now a very intense point, and that signals it is time
to begin the next stage of energization. I do not know how or why it works, but by
bearing down on the point with my will, there is an immediate and huge increase in
energy, beyond anything to this point. It is like being a self-sustaining reactor. This
floods me with great quantities of highly positive energy. I call this stage, for lack of a
better word, heterodyning. Bearing down with my will on the already point of
concentrated energy generates great quantities of more energy that give me more and
more energy to bear down even more. This is extremely pleasant, almost ecstatic. I am
totally absorbed; the outside world and my body have disappeared for me. I am joyous,
bathed in waves after waves of positive energy, not dissimilar to an orgasm that goes
on and on. The more energy I have, the easier everything is. I now have so much energy
that it is easy to stay out of mind, and relatively little effort is required to maintain this
experience.
I am relatively stable in this state. My mind is not pestering me at all; I can relax
concentration effort and coast along. I call this state being “in orbit;” and I am most
content to stay here as long as I can.
Stage 5: I suddenly feel an influx of energy, perceive light and feel Presence. My
teachers are here; they give me the extra energy that I need. What will tonight’s lesson
be? There have been too many to describe. I have been to visit the Absolute, the
Ultimate Being beyond all creation. I have been shown the blue light of samadhi. I
have felt a “snake“ of life energy explore my body. I have been many times
communicating with Essence and being washed by Infinite Love. I have traveled
through many dimensions of the Creation (without understanding them). The Creation
is a spectrum of energy densities from the most ephemeral down to densest. Our
dimension, consisting of innumerable physical universes, is near the bottom where
energy is solid and bound by many laws. Higher dimensions are happier and freer and
respond immediately to creator will. I have watched universes being created; new ones
are being created all the time. I have perceived the physical universe as patterns of
energy and integrated with it; everything that exists is One Energy and we each are the
All.
The Creation contains an infinity of beings of all “sizes” (level of consciousness). I
have been taken to see enormous BEings of so much love that I could no more approach
them than my body could approach the sun. Dozens of times, I have gone to the Deep
Dark Side and visited with the Gods of Evil, likewise “huge” beings of enormous rage
and hate; painful to be around. I have learned how they operate (which I will explain
in my advanced books) and all that I must do to eliminate their influences in me. (This
is a work still in progress.) We are polar beings with both Light and Dark; we must each
reduce our Darkside for Enlightenment and eliminate it for Illumination. The struggle
with our evil side is mentioned in the bible: Matthew 4:2, when Jesus went 40 days
into the desert and struggled with “Satan”.) All who seek Enlightenment must do this
and Essentiality has the technology of how to do so. We humans are spiritual beings
playing the Human Game, but we are also trapped here in samsara until we learn to
love evil.
When I have had whatever experiences and lessons they have planned for this
session, they withdraw the extra energy they have been beaming me. If I have been
outside the physical universe, I now re-enter it and are back in my body. It is time to
proceed to the next stage.
Stage 6: Creation. There is only One Being, the Creator, who is also the Created.
She manifests the Creation, everything that exists, which consists of innumerable
dimensions each filled with endless universes, out of Her own energy. There is nothing
else out of which to create anything. She can create anything; there are no rules; there
are no limits. The purpose of the Creation is EXPERIENCE, all kinds of experience; every
kind of experience possible and there are no limitations on what is possible. Everything
that exists is an experience and an exploration of our infinite possibilities of being and
manifestation. You are Essence; you are the Creator: the Creation is your playground,
your laboratory for experiences. You are the sole creator of all your experiences: no
exceptions. At a level of consciousness much higher than you-human, you are even the
creator of the physical universe itself. All of this, of course, seem preposterous to the
ordinary human being.
In creating the Human Experience, we wanted to explore the negative side of
experiences, especially Drama. Drama is all the emotions we experience during a game
or a movie as we struggle to overcome obstacles to reach goals. To have Drama, we
must not end the game. To not end a game, we must not reach the goals. To not reach
goals, we must not be powerful. To not be powerful; we must block our consciousness
of Who We Are, of I-Creator. To play the Human Game, we create (the illusion) that
we are not the creator of our lives; that we have little power over life. Thus, we can
maintain Game Conditions: struggle to overcome obstacles and problems, experience
ourselves as powerless and victims and have lots of drama.
The law is: You are the creator of all your experience including the experience you
are not the creator of your experience when that is your experience. Ordinary,
unenlightened humans live in that experience of not creator, of little power over life.
Life is something that happens to them; not something they are creating. As you
awaken and move into enlightenment, you recover your innate divine power to
manifest what you want in life.
Returning to the session . . . Knowing I am creator, I use my will to open my being
maximally to Essence, to integrate with Her and be Her. From that level of
consciousness, I envision and energize what I want to manifest. This has varied over
the years, from money, to relationships, to health, to youth when I grew old, to healing
my back injury, and many smaller manifestations. We are all the sole creator of our
lives, of our realities and experiences: all of them; no exception.
Our power is manifest is proportional to our level of enlightenment. The higher
your level of consciousness of Who You Are, the greater your reintegration to Essence,
the greater recovery of your power you will have. The illuminated beings such as Jesus
and Buddha who were fully re-integrated with the One could manifest whatever they
wanted at will because they were literally Essence (God) walking the earth in a human
body. The universe is formed of Essence, by Essence. They were Essence commanding
Essence.
I energize my creations until my energy is low, back down to normal human, and
end the session. It is about 5 hours since I started. I bring back with me joy and peace
that will last for days. I bring back with me greater wisdom, but not just for me: to be
shared with all who seek it. I look forward to the next session. I will spend the
intervening days in regular meditation and hours of negative energy liberation.
I will be writing several book explaining how to do all this; how to perceive and
communicate with Essence, how to mediate for mystical purpose, and how to exit the
Matrix that is our world.

Several things I want to stress:
#1- There is nothing special about me. I claim no special abilities or powers or
blessings from the gods. What I have done, all my advanced students are doing. What
we have done, you can do. In Essentiality, we have a precision protocol for
Enlightenment. The main requirement both Jesus and the Old Testament said long ago.
“Put FIRST the Kingdom of Heaven.” “FIRST” means your spirituality must be your
primary value and goal in life, before family, work, career, money, hobbies, whatever
you are giving more time and attention to than your spiritual development. If you put
your spirituality second, you are playing the game as an amateur and you can expect
third class results. The Christian bible also puts it another way: “Thou shalt not have
false gods before me.” Your false gods are whatever you are making more important
in your life than your spiritual development (see the same list as above). Heaven is
taken by storm, not by half-hearted effort.
#2- My writings and teachings are not about me nor my path nor my experiences.
I will very rarely mention anything about me or my trainings or
experiences. (Occasionally some experience will be relevant, and I will recount it.) My
experiences, as are all mystical experiences, are beyond words. My path has been
much longer and harder than yours will be; I have worked out the kinks and plotted a
map. All you have to do follow the instructions. What took me 40 years, you can do in
5.
About Essentiality

My writings and teachings are not a report of my travels but of how you can free
your being and do your own traveling. I teach Essentiality, a system with which you
can achieve the experience of your immortal being and of Essence much easier and
much faster than I did, with a fraction of the meditation and other efforts that I
needed, and without leaving your life as it is now. Enlightenment is not just for those
who enter monasteries, or wear white robes and long beards, or renounce the world.
NO! Today, enlightenment is for the ordinary person continuing with his human life as
it is now, but making time for the disciplines and practices necessary. Yes, you will
need much of your free time, but only for the five years or so that enlightenment takes.
You more than regain that time and quality of life when you live the rest of your life
from the transhuman consciousness of an enlightened being. .
#1 - Until now, experiences of transhuman states of consciousness have been
considered the province of mysticism, and therefore mysterious and beyond human
understanding. Most sources of spiritual development state that mystical experiences
are beyond human comprehension and any possibility of verbal communication. This
is true about the experiences themselves; but not so as regards a theoretical
understanding of what they are, nor about how to achieve them. Essentiality takes
take the mystery out of mysticism; it explains precisely how existence truly works and
how you can transform your being, which will automatically transform your life.
#2- Until now, most descriptions of mysticism and how to achieve its states of
consciousness have come from the East, from Buddhism, Hinduism, Taoism, Sufism,
Zen, etc. For the Western mind, these descriptions and the instructions are often vague
and difficult to understand; certainly they were for me. In Essentiality, you will find
a purely Western description, one that aligns with Western paradigms of mind
and science, based on a Westerner's experience (mine and those of my students);
#3- Transhuman levels of consciousness have been considered difficult to
achieve, requiring a lifetime, or many lifetimes, of effort. In fact, some religions say
that you cannot achieve them, that they arrive only by grace or chance. Other religions
say that you can only enter into them (e.g. “the kingdom of heaven”) when you are
dead and then only if you were “chosen”, “saved” or “redeemed” (and baptized
member of that special group). None of this is correct. With Essentiality, you can
understand them and you can achieve them, not just in this lifetime, but in a
few years. It is not all that difficult to Awaken if you are committed and have a good
system.
Essentiality is a practical method for spiritual enlightenment, one that produces
results quickly. Essentiality is a spiritual science and a Western path for enlightenment.
It distills the process of spiritual enlightenment into an exact and step-by-step
procedure that anyone can follow. It is rational and logical; you can understand it. It
explains what it does; why it does it, and how it does it. Essentiality is both theory and
practice, science and technology.
It is scientific. Everything that exists, physical and spiritual, is energy. All energy
follows laws and principles. Just as the physical universe is ruled by the laws of energy
(physics, chemistry, thermodynamics, for example); so too are all spiritual phenomena
ruled by laws of spiritual energy. Essentiality presents those laws and introduces a
technology (procedures and practices) by which you can apply them to your being.
The higher or mystical states of consciousness are higher states of your own being; just
as ice, liquid water, vapor, and steam are increasing states of being of a single thing
(H2O). In fact, you already are those higher states; they are already within you, only
suppressed. You do not need to create anything for enlightenment; you only need to
remove energy masses blocking your consciousness of Who You Really Are.
Essentiality fits together all the bits and pieces of the jigsaws of religions and
mysticism, accumulated during thousands of years, into a unified field theory of
existence. It explains what spiritual awakening, enlightenment, and illumination are
(they are gradients of a single phenomenon). It shows how to achieve them with
certainty through a rational, comprehensible system that only takes a few years to
produce the desired results. (One of the marvelous things about Essentiality is that
what took me forty years, you can do in five.) It works just as surely as your cell phone
does because it is based upon scientific principles of energy.
Spirituality is a grand adventure of discovery of the ultimate Truth of Who You
Are. You do not come from matter. Your body does, but neither your character-
personality complex, nor you, the aware-will, non-physical energy entity that uses that
body, are from the physical universe. You come from higher dimensions beyond the
physical universe. Even your body, and all matter ultimately, comes from higher
dimensions. You can return there, or better said, bring your higher dimensions here to
your everyday experience, whenever you decide to do so and know how.
The objective of Essentiality is to show you how to transcend the illusion of being
a human being and recuperate your True Identity. Not only can you recover your
experience of your spiritual individuality, you can also recover your experience of the
One Infinite Creator Love Essence who is “hovering” just beyond your individuality and
awaiting your return to the One. In fact, it is She who is sending you the messages in
this book; I am only the translator. I take the experiences and translate them to words
and laws and principles so that you can reproduce the experiences. Eventually, you will
not need me; you will communicate directly.
