getting report and tratment in the dignostic center..

1) The organization faced the issue is delay turn-around time and incerasing number of patients
and other extra work which affect the time due to this productivity rates is not maintained
properly..its causes the delay in report generation and delay in upcoming treatment of patients.
2) It seems that the organization facing problems with the financial conditions and expenses of
labour ..maintenance of equipment and operation cost.They also focused on current process
within the department.
3) The common drivers are analyzed and show that the delay in stat-up time.patients not taking
proper appointments for diagnosis due to bottleness in the system and technician patients are
late for examination for diagnosis and patients are not arrived at given time.
4) The made plan of action and performe improvement strategies that are applied with the
organizations to improve the whole process.In the Carle Clinic in illinois , the apply this changes
to improve scheduling process. they told to patients prepared for examination for diagnosis on
given time used MR_ROOM-1 start room.at the CT Clinic they work on the operations with
minimum time with better quality to enhanced process. as a result, CT Clinic capacity was
increased by eight examination per day and better predictability was achived in the whole
process and annual financial worth goes to approximately 390,000 was achived.
5) They gives advanced training to their expert technician and focusing on the marketing site and
increase man power and follow the plan of action as per schedule.
What is your overall conclusion of the case? What did you like about the Six Sigma project? What
would you have done differently? What was the most striking thing you learned from this case?

 The overall conclusion of the case is that if you have proper plan to action and procedure
for implementaion of actions then your work efficiency and overall output is achived
with high quality of service for customer.

 Six sigma is a very interesting process in which provides organizations tools to improve
the capability of their business processes.i like about six sigma whole process..in which i
most like that Define the problem ...in which process you know that where is the problem
...after that you try to slove problem by using different six sigma Methodologies such as
Define ,Measure,Analyze,Improve,Control(DMAIC).

 by using six sigma project you will increase eiificiency, you can reduces error in the
system,you can make more benifits in profits of organizations.
 in this case study without six sigma process... i will focused on the some of the basic
problem of diagnosis . but i think without six sigma we not achived better result .hence
you should apply six sigma process.
 befor the stating this course i am not heard about six sigma process. In my day to day life
i will apply some six sigma rules to change my life and improve my self is best lesson for
me.. from this case studty i have learned about six sigma rules and their befints for
organization .if the time come in my job place their is change is required in the
process...then i will think to apply six sigma for growth of organazation..
