The National Symbol of Mongolia

The national anthem, flag, and great seal are the most important amendments. National
symbols are extremely important to many countries around the world, and they should remain
so because national symbols represent a country in a variety of ways.

First and foremost, we will discuss Mongolia's National Anthem. The first Mongolian
anthem, "The Mongol Internationale," was written in 1924. While the anthem of the world's first
communist state, the Soviet Union, was titled "The Internationale" at the time. (Wikipedia, 2020)
The Mongolian anthem is only similar in title; the melody is quite different and unique. The lyrics
contained communism and were anti-capitalist. The current national anthem was written in
1950. The current anthem was written in 1950. The lyrics were written by Damdinsuren. Ts, the
music composed by Damdinsuren. B, Murdorj, L. (wikipedia, n.d.) The lyrics of the second
anthem were changed in 1961 and 1991 to remove references to Soviet and Mongolian leaders.
The lyrics of the second anthem were changed in 1961 and 1991 to remove references to
Soviet and Mongolian leaders. The anthem was always played at honorable events. Mongolians
stand as a sign of respect during the anthem. Even the Mongolian Constitution states that
"when the national anthem is played in public, all audience members will stand up and sing"
(Legal Info, n.d.) In an essence, the anthem expresses the Mongolian people's historical
traditions, vision and aspirations, unity, justice, and spirit (Mongolia.Const.art. XII, § 2.).

In addition, we're now talking about the national flag. A flag is a piece of fabric that has a
unique design and colors. It's used as a symbol, a signaling device, or just for pleasure. The
Mongolian national flag is a vertical with a red stripe on each side and a blue stripe in the
center, with the Mongolian symbol Soyombo in the center of the leftmost stripe. The blue stripe
represents the eternal blue sky, while the red stripes represent eternal life. The Soyombo
symbol is a geometric abstraction of fire, sun, moon, earth, and water. Mongolia has had
several official flags throughout its history, with the current flag being adopted on January 12,
1992, and the current official color standards being established on July 8, 2011.. (Wikipedia,
n.d.) Since 2008, the 10th of July has been designated as Mongolia's State Flag Day. On this
day, the ceremony for raising the Mongolian State Flag was held in the central square.
Following that, a military parade was held in the square, with Mongolian Armed Forces,
emergency management, and policy officers paying tribute to the State Flag. (Munkhzul.A,
2021)
Finally, it is time to discuss great seals. .The Mongolian federal government issues
documents bearing the Great Seal. The President of Mongolia shall keep the State Seal, which
shall be stamped on every page of the original of the Mongolian Constitution and on the first
page of the original of Mongolian laws, international treaties ratified by the State Great Khural,
and State Great Khural resolutions on establishing and terminating diplomatic relations.
(Unurzul.M, 2020) A tumen nasan, which represents eternity, and a circular blue field, which
represents the sky, adorn the outer rim. In the center of the field, the Soyombo symbol and the
wind horse (treasured steed) are combined to represent Mongolia's independence, sovereignty,
and spirit. The Xiongnu is the source of the sun, moon, and fire. A Cintamani, which represents
the Buddhist Three Jewels and is said to grant wishes in Mongolian folklore, stands above the
field. The central emblem is surrounded by a green mountain range, with the Wheel of Dharma
in the center. A khadag, a ceremonial scarf, can be found at the mountain ranges and wheel's
base. (Wikipedia, n.d.)

In conclusion, the national emblem is a source of pride for every nation and is regarded
as distinct and exclusive by every citizen of the country. Every individual bears the responsibility
of instilling in their children a sense of patriotism and patriotism. Our National Anthem
represents the integrity of our nation, and our National Flag provides us with pride, motivation,
and a sense of belonging to the country known as Mongolia.
