BEFORE FIRST USE NOTICE: Do not use abrasive materials, scratching cleansers or

OPERATION

1. Four hours prior to use, place the cooling plate into the freezer.
2. Remove the plate from the freezer.
3. Place chilled food or containers of chilled food onto the plate.
4. Regularly check the temperature of the food.
NOTICE: Monitor food temperature closely for food safety. The
United States Public Health Service recommends that
cold food/beverage be held at a maximum of 41 ºF (5 ºC)
to help prevent bacteria growth.
