As was noted, kids with specific challenges, like Clara, may be less motivated in learning, unable to

handle several directions, and possess chaotic thinking and work habits. Additionally, the issue gets
considerably more challenging when these shortcomings are coupled with quite substantial intellectual
deficiencies.

As was noted, kids with unique challenges, like Clara, may have disorganized thinking and work habits,
be less interested in the learning process, be unable to handle multiple directions, and be less
motivated. And the situation gets even more complicated when these weaknesses are coupled with
some pretty substantial academic deficiencies.

As was noted, Clara is an example of a student with special needs who may be less motivated in the
learning process, unable to handle multiple directions, and with disorganized thinking and work habits.
Furthermore, things get a lot more difficult when these impairments are coupled with some quite
substantial intellectual deficiencies.

I respectfully submit that in order to fulfill the needs of a range of pupils, the idea of modified education
or differentiated instruction should be adopted. The first step in accomplishing this is getting to know
the individuals in the class, understanding not only their learning styles and preferences but also
exhibiting compassion for each student by personally personalizing training to match their
requirements.

So, in order to accommodate a range of students' demands, I respectfully submit that the ideas of
customized instruction or differentiated education should be adopted. This can be accomplished in two
ways: first, by getting to know the class's pupils and learning about their unique learning styles and
preferences; and second, by showing each student that you care about them by adjusting your teaching
approach to suit their particular requirements.

The next step would be to implement rules at home and at school to ensure that the pupils are secure
and at ease in their learning environment. Students with learning challenges like dyslexia (a reading
disability) or other issues can benefit from this as well. These techniques can be used to alter education
in most subject areas in order to increase students' task comprehension and the caliber of their work.
Different methods are employed to encourage students to work hard and engage in productive self-
learning, including identification, learning through discussion, multiple choice responses to various
learning activities, and more. Giving compliments and rewarding students is another tactic for getting
them to work more.

This part of my lesson shows “essentialism”. Essentialists believe that there is a common core of
knowledge that needs to be transmitted to students in a systematic, disciplined way. The emphasis in
this conservative perspective is on intellectual and moral standards that schools should teach. Schooling
should be practical, preparing students to become valuable members of society. Students should be
taught hard work, respect for authority, and discipline.

This section of my class demonstrates "essentialism."Essentialism tries to instill all

students with the most essential or basic academic knowledge and skills and
character development. Essentialists believe that teachers should try to embed
traditional moral values and virtues such as respect for authority, perseverance,
fidelity to duty, consideration for others, and practicality and intellectual knowledge
that students need to become model citizens.  Essentialists argue that classrooms
should be teacher-oriented. The teacher should serve as an intellectual and moral
role model for the students. The teachers or administrators decide what is most
important for the students to learn with little regard to the student interests.

Since I teach kindergarten, most of the language that I used is “Tagalog”, for the
lesson to be more effective and understandable for the kids. Seldom that I used
English for teaching. Oftentimes, I used our mother tongue to facilitate teaching and
learning.

Since I teach kindergarten, the majority of the language I use is "Tagalog," which
makes the lesson more engaging for the kids and effective. It was quite rare that I
taught in English as a teaching tool. In order to facilitate teaching and learning, I
frequently employed our native tongue.
