PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. To remove the air filter.
2. To start the engine and to leave to idle.
3. A hand smoothly to close air заслонку till the moment when
appreciable resistance will be felt. During this moment the
backlash between air заслонкой and a mouth should be
approximately 4 mm.
4. If resistance it is not felt, to check up vacuum hoses – whether
there are no in them cracks.
5. If hoses whole to connect to a pneumodrive the vacuum gauge
and the vacuum pump. To create in a pneumodrive depression
300 мбар. If the pneumodrive is serviceable, depression should
not fall within 2 minutes If depression falls, the pneumodrive
негерметичен means and it is necessary to replace it.
Check of a pneumodrive throttle заслонки the second

1. To connect to a pneumodrive the vacuum gauge and the
vacuum pump.
2. To create in a pneumodrive depression 50 мбар. If depression
does not fall during 2 mines, the pneumodrive is tight. Otherwise
a pneumodrive to replace.

frequency of rotation of idling in a following order:

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. To remove the air filter and to disconnect a vacuum hose 24
(fig. the Air filter of engines in working volume 1,1 and 1,3 see).
2. To connect to the engine a control tachometre.
3. To start the engine and to slightly open throttle заслонку the
first chamber before reception of frequency of rotation

4. To turn a cam 1 against the stop. Then to turn throttle

5. To check up on a control tachometre frequency of rotation of

rotation differs from specified, to adjust its screw 2.

5. The adjusting screw of 1 quantity of a mix to adjust frequency
of rotation in limits 800±50 mines-1.
6. The adjusting screw 2 qualities (structure) of a mix to
establish maintenance level oxide carbon (WITH) in the fulfilled
gases 3,0±0,5 %. To check up and if necessary to restore the
maintenance WITH in the fulfilled gases.
