Annexure-I

The accessories used in the facility of blue color

represent Calcium Glycerophosphate.

The accessories used in the facility of Green color

represent Magnesium Glycerophosphate.

The accessories used in the facility of Red color

represent Sodium Glycerophosphate.

IN THE CLEAN ROOM.

1) The color code is to followed in the clean room
2) Brushes, dustbin and dustpan which are used in clean room are to be dedicated to the
products and should have the same color for the accessories as mentioned in the SOP
3) The dedicated brushes used of Floor cleaning , Equipment cleaning outer side and
inner side, dust pan and dustbin are to be used as per the product which is line of
production activity.
4) The reason to follow color coding in order to avoid mix up during process.
