Below is the Facebook page of my brother’s digital marketing agency, which is the page for
the festival that is going to happen in Surat. It's a flea market festival in Surat which is called
The Vistoso festival. For which they are running campaigns and several advertisements for its
promotion and to get leads and generate business.
Below are the page insights of the vistosa Festival page, which tells about its actions on the
page, It’s page views from 29 march to 4 April is 74, that is 2367%rise. Post reach is
56,059, post engagement is 1841 So it’s the overall insights of the page. Further, we will see
what are the ad campaigns and the data it shows.

Further below it shows the overview of the page insights, and it shows that the engagement
for this week is 1.8K it also suggests some posts to boost, further, it also shows that
engagement of this page is 100% from last week.
Here it shows the campaign name which is running across different budgets, targets, and
media. The blue switch on is the currently active campaign for the page. Further moving
across the right it shows reach, and frequency which is impression/reach, cost per result
amount spent on it, cost per 1000 impressions, and so on! As we can see that total budget
spent on running the campaign is 9,284. Here frequency is 1.32 which is under 2 and that is
good as if the impression /reach is more than two it is denser and indicates the campaign is
not further running successfully.
Here it shows the total link clicks of the following campaign, and what is the cost it incurred
to get one click to that, link click-through rate, etc.

Now further I explored add manager and try to run a campaign until it ask to pay, So below
are the screenshots of all the steps required to run an ad campaign.

Here I wrote add name or a campaign name I wanted to run, before which I have been
directed to add manager in which I selected to create and further I decided my target this like
engagement, traffic, etc in which I chose engagement.
Above screenshot is again of to set the daily budget, schedule time which is start date and
time to end date and time.

Above is the ss of the target audience which is already pre-set as per suitable needs and
target, it describes the people who match are small business owners, CEO, manager, founder
of a managing director, entrepreneurs, etc. So selecting demographics helps to reach the
relevant and targeted audience with real engagement.
Above is the selection of the platforms I want my ad to run which is Facebook and Instagram,
and it’s the selections of the feed I want my post to be in like Facebook news feed, Instagram
feed Facebook marketplace, Facebook video feeds, etc.

Further selecting these budgets shows on the right side my estimated daily results and posts
engagement. So previously I chose my budget to be 440 rs daily which gets me an estimated
daily reach of 2.2-6.5 thousand reach and engagement between 228-660.
And at the end click on publish it pointed out some errors and directed me to solve them
further by processing towards payment, it starts.

So above are the ways of doing a campaign and running an ad on the Facebook page to boost
engagement of the post and generate leads and ultimately generate business.

After exploring through ad manager and ad center I can conclude that Facebook ad Centre
boosted posts may initially optimize for Page likes, comments, and shares or overall brand
awareness. Whereas, Facebook ads managers can optimize for app installs, website
conversions, video views, shop orders and etc.

So to run a successful ad campaign on a Facebook page, You'll choose a budget when

creating your ad, which is the sum of money you'll spend presenting your advertisements to
people. Your ad will be displayed alongside others attempting to reach the same target
audience. You may make your ad more competitive in our ad bidding by allocating enough
budget and time for it to run.
