Read the following instructions carefully :

1 Welcome to Self Evaluation using excel upload (.xls format) feature !
2 Save the downloaded excel in .xls format only and upload the file in the same format.

Fill in the evaluation comments (Column 'G' in Goal Sheet, 'D' in Attribute Sheet) and rating details (Column 'H'

Sheet, 'E' in Attribute Sheet) in the adjacent Goal Sheet and Attribute Sheet.

Character range for comments : Minimum 25 characters to Maximum 1500. This would include Appraisee comm

entered, saved and submitted to the Appraiser.
5 You should fill comments and rating for all the goals/ attributes before you upload.
6 Review the rating and evaluation comments thoroughly before you upload this excel on SPEED.
7 Validate Goals' and 'Validate Attributes' Buttons would be enabled only if Macro is enabled on the Machine.

Instructions to enable macro in Excel 2003:

8 Go to Tools-->Macro-->Security-->Select 'Low'-->OK
After enabling the macro, close the excel sheet and re-open it, then you can use the 'Validate Goals' an
'Validate Attributes' Functionality

9 Go to Office Button-->Excel Options-->Trust Center-->Trust Center Settings-->Macro Settings-->Enab

Instructions to enable macro in Excel 2010:
Go to File--> Options-->Trust Center-->Trust Center Settings-->Macro Settings-->Enable all Macros--

10 If the excel is opened in "Protected View" enable editing as:

Go to File-->Info-->Click on "Edit Anyway"
After that close the excel sheet and re-open it, then you can use the 'Validate Goals' and 'Validate Attributes'
Functionality

11 Please click on Generate XML button on the Goal Sheet to generate an XML
12 XML would be generated at the path where the Goal sheet is saved.

Every time you update your Goal Sheet and click on Generate XML button the previous XML gets overwritten with
one.
14 Browse and upload the XML file to proceed

15 Please note that XML is an additional functionality.You can choose not to use it and proceed with uploading Micr

I was innovative and provided multiple solution to achieve the

objective and see which one best fits and is optimized and

Telecom system is inherently large with multiple layers behaving in

different ways. Extracting right information and identifying the
issue becomes a tedious job at times. My analytical abilities have
resulted in identification of these issues when, in beginning,
everything seemed random and unreliable. This has helped me
