Instructions : substantiate your answer in minimum of 150words per question.

1.You observed that one of your teacher is very active in commenting and social
media the account of the political personality he is avidly supporting. as a school
head what should you do?

Answer :
Mere fact that the time of election is now on going and political personalities are
now giving their platforms and insights towards the betterment of the community,
expected that people have their own field of wanting their political nominees will
be at hand, by through means of giving their personal feedbacks and comments
supporting through its stake. But as a person being in educative position one must
consider many aspects of how should we put ourselves beyond those things
especially involving politics. Right to speak is given but on the rightful way which
rules and regulations are strictly observed. Political genre is a bit tightly viewed by
many as sensitive and striking one, to its easiest sense as risky. Comments and
feedbacks should be scrutinized well by its holder before unleashing it, that's why
the most simpliest thing to do is to neither post nor comment any of his social
media barkings, instead have a one on one talk to him/her as to discuss things that
about on what proper etiquette should be observe especially on this matter.
Likewise, many of his/her students will be more vigilant towards him/her, he/she
might be weary of his actions and unfortunately he/she will be uphold for more
cases unto his actions. He/she might strike people whom cannot accept
meaningless forms and might be involved in any assailants including academic
jurisdictions. As school head as well, he/she should not judge him directly or put
him/her at bars of his/her actions but wait for the upper adjudicators ( who
happened to be one to judge him/her) to scrutinized and embark judgements unto
his rants and barkings towards it.

2.You we're telling your teachers to pack and ready the learners modules for a
distribution a week before the opening of classes. but one of them is strongly
disagree pointing as per DepEd order 'teacher on vication should not be disturbed
until the opening of the classes since the PVP is still in effect until opening. as a
school head what should be your responds?

Answer.
Simple responds would be for that, since DepEd order is announcing that
statement emphasizing that teachers should embrace full time rest and enjoyment
unto their vacation slot, I respect his/her decision as to what he/she is feeling for.
But as a school head, I will let them bring the aspect of being a teacher that
regardless how long the vacation is, there is always some time that packing and
preparing for school stuffs should be unfold or done already (made ahead) to avoid
any topsy-turvyness and idleness. So that for the upcoming opening, everything is
fix and organize. I will tell them in a manner of how they treated me as a school
head.

3.some of your teacher are know for the spreading gossip. shoud you caught ht
them doing it. it is right to tell them that they can be sent to jail by doing it?
Answer;
As a school head i must talk to them instead of sending to the jail directly, if the
situation is not like so hard, why not to tell them advices they need and instead of
doing it just try to think first what will happen if they continue doing it.
It's also hard for me to see them suffering. "Kung pwede pang maagapan at pag
usapan ang problema action at solutions ang kailangan" who will be involved?
apcourse the school head in mention too, knowing they do wrong. but we must
help each other to change and keep reminding them for them to be aware in what is
the effect of what they doing to somebody or to some coworker or to the people
surround them.

4. one of the teachers are work from home. is not responding your call and text
during work hours he his also reported failing to monitor his MDL class and
frequently seen in the market, coffee shop and malls and checking his biometric he
his neither absent nor tardy, as a school head what should you remind him off?

Answer - Being a leader you must also do your part. All we know its not easy to do
the task especially when its hard to do. but if we just remember times before the
calls of work. we also ask our selved if we're ready? or what. because everythings
is changing and start a new beginning.
being a school head i must do my duties. and before reminding others i start it with
my self.. i do my part. if it's need talk with them. i must. just to clarify everything
especially in work hour. it is also a fault and must clarify to her/"him that work
hour is work. even at home and must do their part too to finish and to make the
work easy.

5.One of your teacher is questioning your decision of making him tardy, reason
that he is entitled 15 minutes grace since he does have first period which will be
affected. as a school head how will you respond it?

Answer;
As a school head first of all i need to talk with my co teacher. i call for meeting in
sort and tackled regarding that issues and second thing we need to arrange very
well our schedule and tells everyone that we must need to follow the rules and task
given... because everybody is working on it and to be fair everybody must have an
action too.
and as i can see today naman everyone follow to their school head what ever
school head what to do or assign them tast. because all we know every leader know
how to do there parts and guide us.
